Why rod all the way down?! Surely you’ll loose more doing that? You haven’t got the flex of the rod to soften the runs? Out in Krabi feb 2024! Cant wait for my trip! Thanks for sharing the video!

Hi Bud, I am going to Krabi in a few weeks. Can you recommend anyone that would take me out? How much was it? Did they keep the fish? Did they supply the rod and reels? Cheers !

Hey mate, this video is about 5 years old so any of my knowledge and prices will be out dated. After Covid a lot of fishing guides went under. In this video I went out with a friend that was a an ex Gillhams guide (instagram: leefarnsworthfishing). It was roughly £250 a day, we kept most the fish for the skipper to use for fuel money but I insisted on releasing what I could.
