The Giant Siamese Carp are coming up for food they are starving !! They have lost over 50lbs in weight over last 4 years feeling sad sad times !!

I'd be chuffed to lose 50lb's in weight over 4 years. We did not see them feeding up in the water, but the were visually swimming around. Thanks for your comment

Yes it is sad time as I grew those fish from 35/40lbs to over 100lb Giant Siamese Carp and lots off them over 12 years whilst owning TopCats. Just can,t undrstand how people can be so bad to creatures that only want to please the Anglers that catch them. I would never have sold to them if knew how bad they treat all the fish not just them its not a joking matter its animal welfare an needs reporting.@@Fishing_in_Thailand

@cnutt4436 I understand you care about fish welfare. We do too. They looked in good condition when we caught them. It depends where you draw the line doesn't it. Theres plenty of people who would like to report you & I for putting hooks in fish & selling tickets for people to catch fish & stress them out. My point is. You used to own the place & so you opinion is very 1 sided. They looked fine to me. Smaller than when you had them. Theres lots of reason for that could happen, if true. Anyhow. They would lose 50lb in weight over night after you left Shaun. I remember you claiming red tail catfish and Siamese carp that were 40lbs to be more than double that weight back in the day, embarrassing was an under statement. Considering your comments on John Wilson's lake. At the very least he is very honest about the fish he has, weights they are and doesn't have a bad word to say about any other lake or individual in Thailand. You could take a leaf out of his book and have done decorum.

It was different using mono on a fixed spool for big fish like that playing on the drag, took a bit of getting used to.
