Clay, you live in a wonderful place where wild game and fish are abundant. Living in the concrete jungle of NYC, is very depressing. I'm an avid hunter and fisherman. I'm lucky enough to have a private land to hunt. But fishing is another story. Watching your videos makes me wish to live in a place like yours. Thanks for making videos that we all can enjoy. Hey Clay, next time you catch a rig make sure you cut the head off, all the fins well off and guts right out and the get rid bloodline in the guts as they have ammonia in them. Do this as soon as you catch it and makes the fish taste better than any other fish in the ocean! Trust me on this one

Grew up in the West Virginia mountains catching trout then moved to the Florida Keys and worked on a dive boat and spear fished a lot, you can’t pay me to eat another trout after eating all that awesome saltwater fish.
