Today we fished Kestrel Lake
The Kestrel lake comprises of 30 pegs and four islands. Match weight average 150lbs in the months are recorded in the Angling Times.
This lake contains specialist fish like our large Barble -- up to 14lbs, Carp up to 15lbs, as well as Bream to 6lbs, Ide, Crucians and F1's. The average weight is arround 7-8lbs
Bait: maggot, paste, luncheon meat, sweetcorn, worm, caster and prawns.
