ни в коем случае нельзя брать за леску рукой))) я вначале вообще подумал: "он там на трос что-ли стальной рыбачит?" :) и так ему рыба дала все шансы не порвав снасти сразу. а так подержал бы еще чуть чуть, она бы выдохлась и взял бы спокойно, но нет, надо же на руку леску намотать)))

У нас года 4 назад ,один рыбак на лодке рыбачил ,так его сом на 28 кг утопил : нашли через 2 дня ,леска на руку была намотана ,даже ножом не успел воспользоваться - лежал на дне лодки!

@@user-gr1vw6gw6e Сом это вообще отдельная тема... Некоторые, чтобы снять крючок, с лодки зажимают рыбину меж ног, а она из последних сил делает рывок, крючок цепляется за штанину и скидывает рыбака с лодки, а сом уже тащит на дно... увы ...

He needs a good dip net. We fish the big ditches here in Florida like that. After a heavy rain the ponds and creeks run over into the ditches along with the fish. We'll have people stopping just to see what we're catching. You have to be careful of snakes and an occasional alligator being around.

Once you catch big fish, it is better to wait fish to become tired then you pull it. Don't hold the nylon while pulling, it has no breaking strenght, just pull it by your rod.

From experience...here at our place the only fish you can get in canals like these are thumb-sized snakeheads, catching large fishes these big is almost a fantasy.

It appears that this is a fast-flowing irrigation ditch. Water is being pumped through the ditch. It does not appear to be a natural stream. Before the advent of underground irrigation in SW Louisiana we caught many varieties of fish in Rice irrigation canals filled from deep water wells. Good video.

I can’t help but question the safety of consuming fish from what appears to be an agricultural drainage channel.
