Singapore most of fish meat or fish head noodle come with milk, if u don't wish milk to be added need to inform seller in advance, but this one was pre added. Not sure either they have clear soup.

Hi @@alicesaw8776 😊 yes, they do have clear soup as well. They usually cook one big pot of soup with milk and one big pot of clear soup, as some people might be lactose intolerance.
Wow wow wow they sure cut many tomatoes 🍅 Looks like a lovely bowl of comfort food 🥰

Thanks for sharing AngKionG 😄 The clear soup fish head noodle is definitely more light & tangy to the taste. The soup with milk tasted heavier and slightly sweeter.
Hard work 😂
In Penang, we eat fish head noodles with clear broth, without milk in the broth. But I prefer it with milk! 😛

Definitely 😊 500 bowls is a very conservative number they told us and I'm sure now with dine-in allowed, it's more than 500 bowls.

@@billc6762 That's what I thought so too. But when we did the taste review, surprisingly the fried fish is juicy and tender inside. The boss really know how to fry at the right temperature to prevent it from drying out.
Can you (literally) eat, chew and swallow a fish head without hurting your tooth gums/stomach or is the fish head in the soup just for the flavor ?

There are places where you can get halal noodle soup. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name, but when I used to live in KL, I would go to this fish head noodle place, they’re halal and it’s so good. I’m trying to remember where exactly. I think it’s somewhere in kuchai lama.

I dont like fish fry, if fresh why the need to fry it? Is a waste. It so dry and u cant even differentiate what type of fish u are eating. Fry fish only for the non fresh or leftover.
