:- ingredients.
Illai Small fish curry.
1" kg ' small fish.
Add the fish in a bowl.
1" tbls ' turmeric powder.
1" tbls ' salt.
2" tbls ' red chilli powder.
1" tbls ' ginger garlic paste.
Lemon.
Mix well.
Marinate the small fish 30" minutes.
Keep it a side.
Add the lemon size of tamarind in a bowl.
Season water.
Soaked 10 minutes.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
Heat 4" tbls ' of oil in a pan.
Add the marinade fish in hot oil.
Saute until fish turns brown in a colour.
Transfer the fried fish of in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Same pan.
1/2" tbls ' Fenugreek.
1/2" tbls ' cumin seeds.
1" tbls ' black mustard.
2" green chillies.
2" chopped onions.
Mix well.
Curry leaves.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in a colour.
1" tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
2" chopped tomatoes.
1" tbls ' salt.
Mix well.
Saute for 3-4" minutes.
2" tbls ' of red Chilli powder.
1/2" tbls ' garam masala.
1/2" tbls ' coriander powder.
Mix well.
Saute for 3-4" minutes medium flame.
Add the tamarind water in a curry.
Cook for 4-5" minutes.
Add the fried fish in a curry.
Mix well.
Cook for 4-5" minutes.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Coriander leaves.
Stirring.
