Even after 13 years, your videos are as fresh n crunchy as the fish n chips.. Thank you Chef, you r the one who taught me to cook in my early marriage days🙏
Take a sip, then pour in the beer. That was gold :P
11 years and you are still going strong. Hope you get many more fans.
I Love how he eats the food at the end of all his vids. It shows that he really enjoys and is proud of what he creates. :)
Whatever you do, don't stop eating your food at the end. You are so passionate about food, it really adds to the recipe! Thanks for sharing another great dish.
Thank you Sir. You’ve helped me a lot. I loved it. It was amazing
more then your recipe i love ur way of cooking in such a cool way......sure m gonna try this at home.......
Love the batter, REALLY love the patter - especially the beer-for-chef perks :-) Just perfect!
Love when you eat the food at the end. So many chefs don't do this and it's like not telling the punchline of a joke after telling the entire story! You're a lot of fun... keep it up my friend!!
I really liked seeing you enjoy eating the fish you made. It looks delicious. Can you substitute olive oil mayo for the tarter sauce? Also can you fry the fish in olive oil?
Yeah, I can tell It was good, when you dance and hum while eating, it's GOOD!!!! thanks for the video chef.
I like this guy when he talks about the left over beer. Way to go buddy,I like your humour
Hi Sanjay, I just made this dish and really love it! It was quick and easy. I didn't use beer, but sparkling water with a hint of lemon and it still came out crispy and not too fishy at all. Please continue making great and easy dishes for us.
He cooked it to the liking of his Indian tongue. Just because it's not traditional, that doesn't give you a reason to mock him.
i enjoyed many of your recipe's , thanks.
Thank you Chef. I'll definitely try it.

Great tip about beer. I will follow the rule!
Omg iam amazed to see such a long year back video..11 years ago..and still the receipie is in trend..greatt
i would need like twelve of those toasts! And four fillets. And a half cup of the sauce. And that mock sauce looked very adequate. I think i would like it.
I did this today at home. Taste came up well but fish absorbed too much oil when I fried them. Can you pls tell me why it happened and alternative to avoid absorbing more oil?
Chef, YOU ROCK!!!

Man,a reply to you after 8 years.I wonder if you use youtube now fellowmate. Are you 27? I am just guessing.
He suggests using ginger ale or another light soda. They do make non-alcoholic beers as well.
I put alot more spices in my fish an chips also made beer batter shrimp turned out amazing
Can we add water instead of beer or soda ?We don't have those in our home.
how long should we marinate the fish chef??

Very good. Will try this
vah reh vah! take the beer in sips and sips, i do the same when cooking. You cook with great passion and eat with passion, i love it! Keep it up!
Which vinegar to use?
Stout is best for fish batter and onion rings. By the way, to amend your translation guide and further confuse" US crisps = Pringles brand chips
You're SO Indian! I love you man ;P thanks for the lesson.
Hi!!! any substitute for the beer? we don't have beer in saudi, thanks again and more power!

Soda water
Oh, I did not think of non-alcoholic beer! Thanks!
What fish have you used?
You don't use batter for chips: cut to size, soak to remove excess starch then dry thoroughly before frying. If you mean oil: I use 1/2 lard and 1/2 beef dripping. You can probably use coconut oil, palm kernel oil, peanut oil or ghee as these do not degrade at high temperatures but may taste strange (ex peanut). Saturated fat = good; pufa = bad (produced as deodorised, rancid oil; oxidises ldl)
I totally agree with great vahrehvah chef, sip the beer when making the fish and chips! Cheers mate!
when u said orkut, i became nostalgic
Best fish and chips recipe on the net
can you use salmon?
hi guys, anyonecan tellme what is the best recipe for making batter for frying chips??thanks
@givememoore22 You can use any carbonated drink, you can even use mineral water, as long as there is gas in the drink. Gas makes the batter lighter and crispier
Amazing 😂😂
Murder some more cuisines please! Love watching this murder than tasty videos
Thanks . Love this Indian version. Instead. Of Beer I used sparkling bottled water
The best fish batter is made with stout (e.g. Guinness) rather than beer (2nd best). UK chips = US fries. UK crisps = US chips. Personally I like fish, chips and curry: simply pour some curry sauce over fish & chips (fries).
Hahahah xD "Trolls sitting behind a PC" :D Good one
Looks realy tasty
Looks sooo yummy great

I think you did fish bajji
Which fish to be used
Yes, I got that :p.
Hey Sanjay, this is a great channel, quick thing though, in uk chips are not like what you have shown, those are called crisps, chips in uk are like thick cut french fries, Great Work, keep it up!
Coocumberr?
Can I use a non-alcoholic beer?
nice man
haha..Vah chef ur really funny :)..Your cook is really "VahVah" I like all of them :D
it takes a lot amount of oil for deep frying.

Thanks for posting. No more Long John Silver's for me anymore :) I think instead of tartar sauce, malt vinegar is also good too.

felixperro aAre you kidding me???? I LOVE LONG JOHN SILVERS
that is carlsberg beer he used
mmm
That murder part is hilarious:D
Also I am quite sure using crisps instead of fried potatoes were part of mrder he was talking about ..
OMG hes drinking at work :D
Sipping some beer is crucial in this recipe.
Those aren't chips! Those are crisps! what madness is this!? :) I'd like to see more Indian style versions of British food.
This guy is the kind of the guy Russell peters talks about in his shows 😂
wow that garlic toast looked really small to me when it was on the plate
I don't care for the tast of beer. I am going to use clubsoda because its the carbonation that makes the batter light. I would think that gingerale would be too sweet. I might be wrong.
fish n crisps
