Okeanos was already a really solid album, but this first single is definitely the next level for these guys. Very captivating and what a banger..!
That was incredible. Going to be their best album to date and a strong contender for AOTY if the rest of the album lives up to this track, which is one of the best black metal tracks I've heard all year. Great work!

That intro alone is already amazing and leads to much more ehhh amazingness :-) beautifully done. Visually and aurally an absolute feast for the senses. Only downside might be that this sets the bar very high for the rest of the album but no doubt it will at least match

Bro the first 50 seconds are what makes this song stand out so much for me, it's absolutely beautiful. Sounds nothing like pop music. It 100% fits with the song and video in general

Excellent Post Black Metal, with authentic black metal elements nicely engrained into the music. To be sure, the Post Rock and Post Hardcore elements are authentic and effectively sprinkled in not so subtly, with Doom, Thrash, and Folk to boot, but yet the music still keeps a strong black metal identity outside of the vocals. Perhaps it’s partly because rather than a 4 minute build up, we are getting down to riffing business early. Perhaps it’s the guitar understanding there’s more to post-black then tremolo. I don’t know, but it sounds good, lol. 😌.

a german band, with catholic religious iconography? It seems taken from the Holy Week processions in Spain, specifically in the south, Andalusia, where I am from. Perhaps inspiration from the Spanish video game, Blasphemous? Interesting

Hey! As a German I can only say that the Catholicism also is very deep engrained in German History, especially in the South (Bavaria), you can find lots of Inspiration here as well. :) But I didn't know that Blasphemous is a spanish game, nice!

And the video game Blashpemous is inspired by the Catholicism of the south, and the baroque art of the area. I've been to North and East Germany, I hope to visit Bavaria and other areas as well ;)
