As you're in a studio, make sure you put lots of effort in to socialise, as I found it easy to socialise by being in the kitchen cooking with lots of other people! Good luck, you'll have a fab time xx

there are still loads more options, don’t worry if it’s not for you straight away, speak with someone at your college and see what your alternative options are, there are always apprenticeships and other 6th forms xx

thank you lovely !! i actually only use Aussie shampoo & conditioner on my hair and wash it either every day or every other, so i don’t really have much of a routine aha, & for my skin i use the carbon theory exfoliator & the pixi toner, & just an oat based moisturiser xx

i have quite a few reasons, such as being vegetarian, liking my own space & a few other things, so a studio seems like the best fit for me, but otherwise sheffield student accommodation is actually really good & the halls look a lot nicer than a lot of other unis if that’s a better fit for you & the experience you want at uni :) xx

do you get a computer in sixth form just a foreigner thats curious, and do you like get paid in sixth form.

you can borrow a laptop from your sixth form and in terms of getting paid i think you’re referring to the bursary which is about £20 a week it depends where you’re from but yeah you get bursary money to cover for expenses. Not everyone is eligible for this.

hey charlotte, i'm going to be living in my own studio too! do you have any advice on feeling like you're missing out on the 'normal' uni experience by not having flatmates? obviously i chose a studio that's just the only downside! x

i’m honestly not sure yet, but i think that my tactic will be make friends in my building, & then i’ve made some friends from gc’s & courses and i’ll go to their pree’s and on nights out with them and their friends and take that approach aha, good luck i hope you love it !! xx
