One of my friends been to China in her childhood around 15 years ago and she was traumatised by people spitting everywhere, she told a story of a grandpa spitting on a subway seat next to where she was sitting, so ahahaha when I was coming to china I was a bit scared and ready for a culture shock. Everything turned out to be perfect though, China IS the most amazing place I've been to and studying here changed me for the better in all the possible ways 🙌🏼
