First Time Using A Gold Medal Caramelizer Making Caramel Corn & Strawberry
This year I saved and found a Gold Medal Caramelizer for $450 and I made three batches. For Valentine's Day I made a Strawberry and I made a Caramel Corn together. For next month I am going to make a Sain't Patrick's Day gourmet corn. Thanks for watching everyone. Hey Schmidty, Haven't talked for a few days. I am beginning to deal with our health department. How many sinks do they typically require in your area? In my area say for a hot dog cart we need 4. with a dedicated handwashing sink. Thanks, brother!

I have to pay a seasonal permit and my wash station is 4 buckets and I have soap, water, towels, and bleach, and test strips. Have you had your first day in business yet?

I have the same machine. My caramel came out dry and brittle. Light brown powdery. Can you recommend a recipe? I have a 5 gallon machine.
