There is nothing called Hindutwa. The way of living is Hinduism whose primordial instinct is Universal Tolerance and Universal Acceptance of Universe. Being a student for 14 years of Ramakrishna Mission in my academic life, this was the main philosophy of Swami Vivekananda that we learnt. I left my school after Std 12., in 2002 and now i still follow the ideology of Hinduism by keeping my Panchendriya open. Hindutwa is nothing but a deformed venomous ideology created by Terrorist organization like RSS and its political goons of BJP. It doesn't match not with even a basic ideology of Hinduism. 'Arise, Awaken and don't stop untill your absolute goal is reached '- Swami Vivekananda 🙏🙏

I swear it has the same effect on me! It’s giving me so much hope. It’s not always easy to do because I don’t breath that well out of my nose, and sometimes is requires discipline I don’t seem to have. But in general it is reducing depression, anxiety, addiction cravings for weed and alcohol. And I feel smarter. Best of luck to everyone and thank you for your video.
