Ahh i just booked my first solo trip to Ireland! Super nervous but this is boosting my confidence thank you

Ireland has some of the best food in Europe. I wish I had known you were going I would’ve told you some of the best places to go in Dublin. No seriously the farm to table foodie scene is pretty spectacular since the 90s. The seafood anywhere you go in Ireland is better than anywhere else in the world. Bakeries in Dublin are spectacular

Honestly, I really want to go back. I loved the countryside so much. Any recs for food or anything Ireland would be appreciated! I’ll save it for my next time there.

@@JanelleyAlonzo You should look up the festivals that will be going on when you want to come lots of the sea food festivals in Howth and Galway

Both Christchurch and St. Patrick’s cathedral in Dublin are Protestant churches.

Aww love this. Of course! Maybe I’ll make a dedicated video surrounding solo travel as a female. Def need to take more precautions but you can do it! Such and different experience + so rewarding when you do it for the first time! Plus no need to wait for nobody to go with you when you can solo travel. Opens up more opportunities to see the world 😉☺️

Although you mightn’t be able to rely on the busses coming on time or even coming that often I’ve found in the free state the public bus travel is more elaborate to where you won’t have to do as much transferring which I find handier and pretty inexpensive. For example it takes 3 busses to get to Belfast.

Free State......... you mean you are not a subject... They are just Cidzens with no maga rich telling them what to do......The only part of these Islands that are free.

hi! currently planning a trip to Ireland, so this is really helpful:). what hostel did you stay at in Dublin? it looks so nice!

This video was so fun! I've been watching some solo travel videos, bc I'm trying to work up the courage to travel solo to Spain this May, and this one was one of my faves! Did you find day tours were a good way to meet other people or staying in hostels, or anything? I always listen to "a moment apart" (the whole album haha) when I am feeling stressed or in need of a confidence boost :))

Omg, girl do it! It's an experience I think everyone should have. Hostels are a great way to meet people. I used HostelWorld and the reviews are pretty accurate. That's where you can kinda see which ones are more social hostels and which ones are more low key. I've also met really nice people on tours that I spent the day with and it was so much fun. And awwww, YAY i love that. That's my comfort song. I played it the first time I traveled on my own/in Europe and it made me feel so much safer and confident in myself. And now it holds so many good memories with me + my own little tradition since I've played it on every take off since that trip. Odesza is a vibeeee.

Helloo! I stayed at Jacob's Inn in Dublin. I walked everywhere and was fine! And whenever I look for hostels when I'm in Europe, I generally use Hostelworld :) The reviews are pretty accurate and people are honest.

Hi! I unfortunately didn’t log it :/ and to be honest I don’t eat too much sometimes when I travel alone - very sporadic - so it probably wouldn’t be a good indicator.

Did you just take a public bus around Ireland? Or was it a tour bus?

Culturally Catholic It’s one of the most progressive countries in the world. To bad you didn’t get to silicon docks also it’s the tech capital of Europe
