In regards to Re:Zero I just finished watching it yesterday and YES it is 100% worth your time it’s super good. It’s dark and edgy but has amazing music and character development and direction. It’s got like 50 episodes so it’s got a good amount to react to but isn’t overwhelming.

The ending you've heard from Re:Zero "Stay Alive" is a "character song" meaning they're being sung by the actors who play the character and are about that character, so Rie Takahashi is the actress that voices Emilia in this anime, and the song is about Emilia.

Glad to see the FireForce ending 1 up there. Many people miss out on that ending but It's a great ending song and also my fav one, along with Black Clover ending 5, considering Black Clover does really well with it's music, ed 5 has a really catchy music and also does very well in lyrics. So on madoka magica (the Magia ending): Don't be distraught by the openning being very girly, it's the kind of bait and swithc anime that gets really dark after a few episodes (ep 3 to be exact). If you want to watch it go ahead, it's 12 episode long. It Has three movies, but 2 of them are re-caps, and the third one (Rebellion) is.. an experience like no other. Tho if you see something call Magia record, don't bother with it, has it is the gacha game adaptation (game that merchandisng for the original show btw). Umm if you were thinking of watching a sports anime and were looking for a short one there's Stars Align which has like 12 episodes I'm pretty sure. It's really good. Clannad is one of the most beautiful anime I know out there, one of my absolute favorites next to AoT and One Piece - it just changes you, in a postive sense.. While I would not recommend reacting to it, watching it on your own or with your girlfriend is definitely something to consider. My now boyfriend showed it to me a few years ago since it was his favorite anime and we both still and always will treasure it in our hearts. Nick, as you may have been told, Hiroyuki Sawano is the composer for Attack on Titan. As a longtime fan of his, I can tell you that what happens is that when his name is used in Japanese (澤野弘之) or in Roman alphabet, he is promoted as *soundtrack composer;* instead, SawanoHiroyuki[nZk] would be his "vocal project" in which he's known as *composer of openings, endings or insert music for video games with the support of various artists from different musical genres* (mostly Japanese). Finally, I cordially invite you to listen to all of "UnChild", which is a collaborative album with the fabulous Aimer in 2014, which was the first album that gave birth to all this wonderful project ❤️
Someone has probably already pointed it out, however the one from Owari no Seraph with Sawano Hiroyuki. The singer on that track is Yosh, you might know him better as the vocalist of Survive Said The Prophet :)
You definitely need to check out Samurai Champloo someday, it's just too good
as soon as the angel beats one played i had to take a breather because i started crying
The samurai Champloo ending (as well as the entire anime ost) was produced by Nujabes, one of the pioneers of Lofi along with J Dilla. Rest in peace.
Number 62 (Aldnoah.Zero ED2) is so wild. Its a track with mixed lyrics in japanese, english and german, which has a meaning not alone through the pure text, but also a second layer through the way its pronounced. As a german who is currently learning japanese, I had so much fun reading the lyrics and I am still fascinated by it. Hiroyuki Sawano is a composer who does tracks with many different people and is most known for his work on AoT these days. He often uses german and english in his works.

You should definitely check Re:Zero. It has the most "real" main character u could find in anime. He actually has flaws, makes mistakes and sometimes acts like an idiot cuz he’s a just human being and not a perfect protagonist like in most shows. But the best thing about Re:Zero has to be it’s dialogues so I’m sure you’re gonna like it.
Dick Fight Island....it's been a while since I'd last heard about that manga. It wasn't a bad read, but I was just as surprised as you when I saw it on the shelf at a book store (I also have a picture of it in my camera roll).
13:02 Nick, you should check that one out sometime actually. It is a pretty good story. Comedy show, with a twist, brief overview: these people are all stuck in limbo pretty much waiting to move on, limbo for some reason is pretty much a high school setting, and these guys in that pic are the rebellion fighting to not move on or something, bit foggy on that part it has been a while. Good random ass comedy though with a halfway decent plot and low on the fan service that ruins things so often in my opinion.
17:47, Chika Dance
Please Nick Consider watching Re:Zero, the twist at each single episode is always mind blowing and i know you'll fall for it (i heard that a certain "Rem" is the best girl, i don't know her though) The MC is a "little bit" infuriating yet absolutely lovely, and you'll love his story on the 2nd season.
Sawano Hiroyuki is the composer who colaborates with many musical artist just like Yosh, the main vocalist from Survive Said the Prophet
Nick, Re:Zero is amazing.. You're definitely gonna regret watching it, but for all the right reasons. Looking forward to your reactions. Hope you take your time watching it when you are comfortable, it's a hell of a ride! Would love for you to watch the full version of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas opening from Hunter x Hunter (2011) ED1.
21:30 it's surpassingly 18 Endings💀
It doesnt end, every new series is two new bangers to enjoy
I want to see your full reactions, but I have no way to pay Patreon :(. Greetings from Colombia
0:32 a lot of times the dubs will make their own endings to fit our commercial breaks or to add more credits, and honestly they usually just chop it up into still clips and shorten the song, I have also seen them just reuse the opening on some still shots or pick an entirely new song. Sometimes, and ive honestly seen it only a couple times, Kenshin for instance just off the top of my head, they fully redub the OP or ED song in English. This is more common with things prior to streaming existing honestly. So he probably isn't saying anything against them, just saying he is using the originals. Also that Dango song, that ending has nothing to do with the show, if I remember correct and not confusing it for another, that show will hit you squarely in the feels.
Number 29: Kekkai sensen ed 1, in the anime community we all agree it is one of, if not, THE BEST anime ED to ever created, you should check it out, and the anime is awfully underated. That show is just good And Your Lie in April and Anohana, if you want to cry just watch it, those just mesh with your emotion. Add some Akame ga Kill for some depression

they didn't even include: Bleach ED29 Boruto ED6 Boruto ED7 Boruto ED15 Naruto Movie 1 ED Boku no Hero ED3 Boku no Hero ED5 JJBA Stone Ocean ED1 Fate/Stay Night UBW ED 1 majority in the list are upbeat and rock in general while rock is like the epitome of J-Pop music. Some EDs are often overlooked and brutally underrated. You should check these out too. P.S Boruto might have a negative reputation but it sure does have a good share of good OPs and EDs
Kuroko no Basket, Hajime no Ippo and Haikyuu, imo these are the best sports anime that a person who just got into anime should watch, 1. they are enjoyable 2. they are easy to digest and 3. the music slaps
Samurai Champloo is a must-watch imo. It's nice and short too

For sports anime I recommend Ping Pong. The animation takes some getting used to but it's short (11 episodes) and has an amazing story.
One of the reason to react to RE0 is for that 50 minutes first episode, it is just crazy! I never saw an anime do that!

I’m back… someone said that the new anime Oshi no ko have 90 minutes in first episode… WTF
Bro, I felt that Clannad song deep in my soul, brought back the tears.
"You ever see something really cute but you get really irritated at the same time" I assure you that is a normal reaction to Chika
23:12 the full versions of bungo stray dogs ed2 and owari no seraph ed1! :) also you should totally check out blue lock im obsessed
Sawano Hiroyuki is a japanese God-tier composer. He composed OSTs for AOT, Owari no Seraph, 86 etc.
The best sports anime is "SLAM DUNK" Although it is an old TV anime about basketball, the latest movie version released last December is now a mega hit in Japan and other Asian countries

NICK Re:zero is a must watch anime. It's a one of a kind its so special.
Last Train Home is absolutely *amazing* but I would recommend against reacting to it until you reach it in the anime. It's one o the single most emotionally resonant songs in the series for the fans for good reason, and it would blunt its impact some to see the ED too early. On the other hand, literally every song from both Hunter x Hunter and Overlord is worth listening to on repeat for days on end, and, after hearing the full version of Hunting for Your Dream, you will probably agree.
Nick thinking what the hell was that Clannad song while I’m here crying
Koutetsujou No Kabaneri is a really good series. It's directed by the same person as Death Note and Attack on Titan; Tetsuro Araki.
