@@Ruezzreacts27 I have lived here for 24 years and never had a real AC unit (I have had evaporative coolers a few times). I currently have a high velocity fan and as long as I am in it's airstream, I am fine. The difference is probably that this is a dry heat. If it is heat and humidity, I am super uncomfortable. I grew up in So. Calif. and we never had AC. I also lived in Ohio and I would have died if I didn't have AC in all that humidity.

Super jealous! I was 16 but in the Pacific NW of USA so no chance of going. I was crushed when Freddie passed my senior year of college. I had always hoped they would come back to the US or I could afford to travel to them as an adult. Might not be fair, but I won’t see them now without Freddie and John.

One of favorites, check out the music video extended version... gives you a great look at how they work. Hot weather tip: if you have one of those blue ice pack things ( or a bowl of ice if not), and put it directly behind the fan, it will blow the cool air on you for a temporary fix.
