It's Reaction Time! Hello again everybody. It's your favorite Middle Aged Metalhead back again with another reaction video. And it's a First time reaction thanks to @debclyma5797 who recommended I check out this group called, Liliac. They are performing the classic from Dio, Rainbow in the Dark.
It's always fun doing a reaction to bands I've never heard before, like Liliac, but it's more fun getting to see and hear them perform a song that is well known in the metal world. This being a first time reaction to the band, I went in with high hopes. Did those hopes come to fruition, check out the first time reaction to Liliac and let me know what you thought!

Please go down the Liliac rabbit hole . They have 3 albums of original music and 3 albums of covers . No one does what they do . Everything they do is 🔥 .

My favorite modern rock band (post early 90's). Some newer bands have a few good songs I really like but I love everything these guys do, covers and originals alike. Awesome reaction!
Hello my new young friend. Just now caught you on my cue. Welcome to the World of Liliac! I first heard them live doing Rainbow in the Dark when they were on the World's Best show. MeloDia, singer and original bass player, found DIO at age 15. He's her main inspiration. Vinny Appice has said that she is the reincarnation of a female DIO. He loves her and Liliac. Check her out singing Country Girl at his Sabbath Knights show in Kentucky live. Liliac actually busked on the Santa Monica pier for 5 years at an early age. So, they really paid their dues. Wendy dio asked liliac to sing last in line for the dio cancer fund concert, and Vinny appice Dios drummer gave them the arrangement that dio only did live to make it even more unique.
I concur that Mars should be checked out. THAT will blow your mind. Or Not Afraid the extended version. Both showcase their immense talents
New sub. Lilac does Holy Diver was my first to get me hooked. Dio is her biggest influence. Wendy Dio invited then to do the Dio Cancer fund and Vinny gave them a version of Last in Line. Both worth watching. Their originals are fire. RORH FANG4LIFE

Welcome to Liliac. These guys are “fangtastic”. They have some great original music worth listening to. I recommend “Mars” live in Cumming GA as an entry song. It’s performed live on stage and the audio is top notch, recorded by the venue iirc. Enjoy! Fang4life! RO&RH! 🤘😎🤘

these kids are way better than you think, this was about 5 years ago, you should see them now and check some more, covers of The Trooper or Enter Sandman or any song from ther own music, they have 3 LP's or there stuff and 3 LP's of just covers.RO&RH

If you go back and forth; cover, original, cover, etc. you will get a nice taste of them showing off their stuff. Remember Liliac's motto: Rock on and rock hard #RORH
they do an awesome cover of holy diver and last in line and have some other great covers plus their own original music is damn good too
They have only been playing instruments sense 2015 this video was made in 2018, with music lessons and practicing 6 hours a day they have become extremely talented, Check them out doing WILD THING in 2015 Melody (Lead vocals) was only 11 also check out their original MARS filmed in 2019 with Sam's (lead guitar) sick solo Oh yea and their cover of Iron Maidens the Trooper with a dual guitar solo. Simply epic.

Welcome to the Liliac rabbit hole. Been an old time rocker since early 70’s and have been fanged by this fam since 2017.. seen them 3 times live and epic🔥🔥🔥it is live. Their covers are top notch but their originals are great and getting better. Enjoy the fam and new scribe for you…Rock On n Rock Hard👊😎🤘
And they have only gotten better. Even the video production has gotten better and from what I understand is their dad’s contribution.
