Actually everyone in Monsta X can sing! Jooheon, the main rapper, actually has an exceptionally amazing singing voice. He’s the one with the higher, nasally voice! Monsta X is not only known for their amazing and powerful rap line, but they’re also known for their vocals and remaining incredibly stable live. Their main vocal, Kihyun, is especially well known for his amazing and powerful voice! Also: Find You was a continuation of many of their past music videos! Time travel and the concept of time manipulation is a present concept throughout a lot of their videos. They do have a very complex and interesting storyline in their music videos. There were clips from older songs like Dramarama, Destroyer, and many others in this music video! The watch is also a consistent symbol throughout many videos. Hyungwon (the one who lost is parents in Find You) Time travels with the watch and he messes up time, sending the rest of his friends into different timelines. Their music videos (especially Dramarama) consist of him trying to set the timeline right and get all his friends back into the correct timeline.

Jooheon says his name everytime before he starts rapping and you ask how to pronnounce it everytime he says it and I am yelling "He just said it just listeeeeen" xD

So basically in the song Alligator they have like the 7 deadly sins theme going on. Each member represents one of the sins. (it was shown at the start of the music video but it went too fast for anyone to catch it tbh) In the other 2 music videos and quite possible Alligator but idk, Hyungwon had something related to time. Yes he’s a time traveler, it’s like a continuous story that MONSTA X has had. Basically they storyline is summarized: Hyungwon was given a watch that could time travel and everyone knew about him. Kihyun’s friend, jooheon, died in nasty car accident and has been regretting it. So to help Kihyun he gifts one of the watches to him so that he can go back in time to stop the car accident from happening. Hyungwon also gifted Minhyuk (the guy in the coffee shop) a time travel watch as well as Wonho. He gifted Wonho one of the watches because Wonho didn’t want to duel Shownu in one of their Kendo matches, because allegedly something went wrong when they had the friendly duel. Minhyuk was gifted the time travel watch because in Minhyuk’s past he wasn’t a good person and probably did something illegal with his childhood friend I.M (hence the scene where the police are walking toward him and I.M grabs minhyuk’s hand). So they all went back in time. Kihyun to the car accident, Wonho to the duel, and Minhyuk to the police chase. Kihyun couldnt stop the car accident every time he went back in time so he asked Hyungwon (the one who gave the time travel watch) if he himself (Kihyun) could take jooheon’s place as the person in the car. So that Jooheon could live and Kihyun would be the one in the accident. Wonho gets caught with one of the watches (they are illegal) and is forced to give it up. The police catch up to Minhyuk and I.M so Minhyuk uses the Watch to go back/forward, but his watch is broken so he can’t save I.M. Idk if the storyline continued in Shoot Out or Alligator. The storyline in alligator might be the same storyline in shootout. But idk Lmao I’m just basically going on all of your reactions and answering your questions/what you are confused about.

Monsta X has a storyline that's why you don't get it, you should react to their more up beat songs, their rap duo is amazing! The rappers are great singers too!

Guide to pronouncing Monsta X's names Shownu - well pronounced almost the way it's spelled, that's his stage name tho, his real name is Son Hyun-woo (The h sound is pronounced as h as in hate, her, hue) The Yu sound is more like a "yaw" sound in English, cos that's the most accurate to the native Korean pronunciation Wonho, former member :( Again another stage name, real name is Lee Ho-seok. (Pronounced Ee ho-sok) Minhyuk Pronounced Min (like minimum) hyuk (like the hyun in Hyun-woo, but instead of an 'n' you switch it with a K. Kihyun The K in Ki is not a hard k, it's pronounced more like a middle ground between g/k. The hyun part well, pretty much explained above. Hyungwon Just an ng (as in gong, tong) to the end of Hyun. The end is like the number "1" Joohoney/Jooheon His stage name is the first one, it's just 'ju-honey'. Which brings it to how to pronounce his actual name: Ju-hun (as in hon from honey, geddit?) Lastly, the youngest, I.M. (another stage name) Real name is Lim Changkyun The kyun part is kinda like Hyun, except now you switch the h with the k/g sound, plus the Yu sound is like the equivalent of 'you' in English. Ta-da :) Or better yet you could learn how to read and pronounce Hangul (the Korean alphabet), it's the most accurate.

As a North American English speaker I am gonna tweek it a little These are all 2 syllable names so even if there are 3 or more sounds, say the ones in () quickly together. Kihyun - Key+(the sound 'h' makes[think happy, hollow, hoop)+like the beginning of 'young' without the g). Minhyuk - Min like the first syllable of 'minute'+(h sound+yuck) Hyungwon - (H sound+young)+one Jooheon - jew+first syllable of 'honey'. Actually he changed his stage name to Joohoney because people butchered the last part of his name so much. Hope this helps. 😊

But I'll tell you this, if you look at my channel you would easily be able to tell that my most viewed videos are either BTS, or Blackpink, or EXO. It's just easier to explain that way than try to explain it with complete accurate pronunciation because unless you study the Korean language, which, let's face it, the average reactor isn't going to go that far as to learn another languages alphabet, the sound of ㅓ just don't exist in English and most English speakers pronounce EO romanized incorrectly because they don't know that sound exists. Basically, h-young-won is closer to the correct pronunciation than hi-young-won. So I count that as a win. 🤣

Monsta x is a male kpop group that debuted on the 14 of may 2015 under Starship Entertainment with their MV and EP "Trespass" after being formed on a survival show called "no mercy", They tend tend to have intense verses and melodic choruses, however they are very versatile and can have more of a softer tone/concept to some of their songs like those in their all english album called "all about luv", they have so many interesting concepts, amazing storylines in their videos, and intense choreographies. _Pronouncing Jooheon incorrectly for 35 minutes straight XD_ The correct way to pronounce his name: -Joo (like the ju in 'Juice', or Jew) -H(The H is not siltent, like in the word, 'hot') -eon (pronounced, like the word, 'on') So, it's pronounce as: JuHon Or you can say JooHoney (his new stage name) It's just Ju/Jew and the word Honey together. JuHoney And you also pronounced Hyungwon wrong: For his name, it would be: The words He + Young put together and the word 'won' at the end. So, it would be HeYoungWon Hope this helps!

alright so!!! i’ve got some info and more songs to react to!! First off, monsta x just had a comeback today!! their music video for ‘Fantasia’ is out. unfortunately, Wonho is no longer a part of the group (i’ll explain later). Jooheon has his own mixtape out and there is a mv for ‘Red Carpet’. it’s super dope :D IM has music out as well as a feature with ELHAE. ‘Need to Know’ came out like a week ago and it’s fantastic!! They released an entire album in english in february! i reccomend ‘Middle of the Night’ and ‘You Can’t Hold My Heart’. ‘Follow’ is just amazing, man. it’s also the last music video with Wonho. Wonho departed from the group late October due to allegations of drug use and debt by someone notoriously known for attacking idols to gain attention for herself and destroy their careers. In March, it was announced that Wonho won his court case and was signed as a producer and solo artist in april! he is now pretty active and we should be able to expect music from him soon, so please be on the lookout :) overall monsta x is well known for their performances and overall kindness, please react to more :) (btw kihyun is the one you’re hearing with the high notes) PS this is my first video of yours i’ve watched! you seem super cool, you’ve gained a monbebe sub :D

The way i see it, 10:01 was when H.won went to his dad's office. Somehow the board shows that his dad is onto quantum physics or time and space and made the watch as a prototype. He tried using it but because the clock was broken, he can't find his way back and somehow got stuck in between realms.

The thing with clocks is because Monsta X has been telling a time travel story almost since it's debut in 2015. Several of theirs MV's and VCR's from its concerts are connected to tell that story. among them is: dramarama, jealousy, destructor, shoot out, alligator and find you .... just to name a few * Theoretically FY would be the 1st since it shows us how to start everything and the others show us parallel universes where the boys try to meet and get back together)

Monsta X is no joke. They are DOPE and Koreans are not ready yet for them. This group is so masculine and🔥. In my opinion is the best group of k-pop right now in the industry. They have everything you ask for...visuals, vocals, choreo, rap line, outfits, etc. I stand kings. I feel you bro because Jooheon is my bias. He always let me speechless :)

FIND YOU is my fave since they released it till now , I keep repeating it but now since Wonho left ..
