K/DA is an outstanding group. And it’s so cool they actually had a comeback since they were formed for League of Legends. League always holds a big tournament, and they make a music video showing off the newest skins. K/DA was formed a couple years back to show off the new skins of all the characters and honor the fact the big Tournament was in South Korea. So a comeback from what could’ve been a one time only group is so cool to see. If you have a chance, check out the opening ceremony live performance of Pop Stars. The real life singers performed beside the digital characters.

The K/DA universe is a seperate universe in the League of legends world. Its 4 members: Ahri (Miyeon?)- the 9 tailed fox. Shes a vastayan (animal person) who feeds off the memors of people by "charming" them to let her in, but shes not bad she just kinda does it for fun. The OG and the one who started the group. She has a popstar skin that was released in 2013, and had a background solo career but spit from her record deal to make music she wanted to and to start the group with Evelynn. Evelynn (Madison Beer)- shes a succubus demon who feeds off of pain. In game she hides invisible and hunts down people and "charms" them to walk towars her so she can kill them. In K/DA shes the one with the money and acts like like the groups manager, and also likes to do things from the behind the scenes. Kai'sa (Jaira Burns) - Kaisa fell into the void as a kid, and when she killed a void creature it like "bonded" with her skin. It lives on her and helps her hunt in the void, but she has to constantly feed it. In game she evolves (hence the different DNA lyric.) In K/DA world she was a dancer who traveled around the entire world during her childhood and picked up many dance attributes from numerous cultures, and her dance videos attracted Ahri to invite her to the group. Akali (Soyeon) - In game shes the daughter of The Fist of Shadow, a woman who leads the Kinkou order to maintain peace and balance on their lands. Akali got tired of masters, lessons, and restraint, so she set off on her own to keep the peace in her own way, specifically with a little more violence. In K/DA she was a street preformer who grew up doing martial arts, so in her underground performances she wove in martial arts with her rapping and was a hit. Ahri saw a video of Akali and immediately invited her for her uniqueness and skill.

I WAS WONDERING WHEN YOU WERE GONNA DO THIS GROUP! AAAAAAAAAAAA Also, it's just Soyeon as Akali (pony-tailed ninja with the mask and motorcycle) and Miyeon as Ahri as the fox woman Ahri, who is a gumiho (Korean nine-tailed fox mythology creature). No other (G)I-DLE members. Jaira Burns is the one with floating winglets, Kai'Sa, and Madison Beer is Evelynn, the curvy succubus with claws. Lexie Liu is the blue-haired character Seraphine in MORE. All of them are characters in the game. POP/STARS was performed live with the original four member singers and augmented reality projections of their characters a the 2018 League of Legends World Championship Opening Ceremony....you should look that up and react to that since you asked for a specific performance.

I was so surprised when you announced you were going to react to K/DA, but I'm so glad you did! The whole concept with the LoL characters is so unique. I was honestly obsessed with Pop/stars when it came out, it's such a bop ;0 You should also watch the Pop/stars live performance! It's iconic. The More performance they did this year was.. disappointing lol.

There is also a Dance Performance for "More" from 1 Million Dance Studios with Soyeon and Miyeon. Its pretty good, i would highly recommend it for you to watch on your own or even react to it.

K/DA is a virtual group created by Riot Games for the promotion of the skin line for the characters in the game League of Legends. POP/STARS was released last 2018 as part of the Worlds Championship, and gained a lot of fandom, so they cameback with an EP. Check out other songs on the EP called "ALL OUT" It is pronounced per letter standing for Kills, Deaths, Assists, which is a portion of statistics in the game (and other games as well). Characters: Akali (rapper) - Soyeon from (G)I-DLE - "The Rebel" of the group, she enjoys her art and is serious about it. Has a tough but sweet personality. In POP/STARS, she's cool and quiet when the lights are on, but is spitting fire when in shadows, just like in-game being this ninja/assassin. The motor bike she used here is actually designed by DUCATI for the specific video. Ahri (fox girl) - Miyeon from (G)I-DLE - "The Queen", founder of the group and lead singer. Based from Korean folklore Kumiho which is a nine-tailed fox. Evelynn (claw girl) - Madison Beer - "The Diva", co-founder and singer as well. In-game, she is a demon who preys on desires and emotions, especially lust, thus being a succubus. Same as Akali, she lurks in the shadows to deal fatal damage. Check out "VILLAIN" from the EP, focus on sound layers and lyrics, and you'll see why ;) Kai'Sa ("winged" girl) - Jaira Burns - "The Dancer", her vision is freedom and found it in dancing. In MORE, her lines (2nd verse) are connected to her lore in-game, where she was swallowed by the Void and wanting to get out from there. The Void is like an alien world with monsters, and it affects people by consuming their mind for their bidding. Kai'Sa fought the Voidlings, gaining powers from them, and did not conform to it. Her "wings" are actually cannons. Seraphine (long-haired girl in the room) - Lexie Liu - "The Rising Star". As you can see, Sera is included on the list of featured artists. This is due to the fact that she was hyped by Riot Games as a "virtual person", with live IG, Twitter, and 4 song covers on Soundcloud. Here, she was voiced by Lexie coz of the Chinese part, but I think her song covers were voiced by Jasmine Clarke. There are other virtual bands from Riot Games such as TRUE DAMAGE - GIANTS (hiphop genre), and PENTAKILL (metal genre) which has 2 full albums, and 1 MV (Mortal Reminder). Riot also have a lot of other songs and MVs not associated with these bands.

Riot Games' music team is held in _very_ high regards by the community. They basically never disappoint, and they offer an incredible amount of content. Each character gets their own theme; each Worlds championship, its own song; and multiple fictional bands, different albums. Character themes can really go in many directions, from the most symphonic track to the weirdest dubstep, Worlds songs are banger collabs with artists (notably Imagine Dragons), and there is a K-Pop band (K/DA), a Metal band (Pentakill, 2 albums), and a Hip-Hop band (True Damage).

Just FYI ... Soyeon and Miyeon were approached to do this project (the POP/STARS song) months before (G)I-DLE even debuted. So in a sense, Riot took a gamble on some unknown artists who they thought had potential.

As I'm sure other's have already mentioned they just released a 6 song EP (one song features Twice!) that was largely written by Bekuh Boom (also sings on two songs) who helped write all of Blackpinks songs since debut. So yeah, makes sense that they have a Blackpink/YG feel...

In the first video the singers are Soyeon and Miyeon from G-Iddle, Maddison Beer and Jaira Burns, in the secon video same members and add an aditional character (artist) Lexie Liu. There will be 2 Korea members 2 Americam and 1 Chinese member, Lexie also participate in the korean reality tv kpop star 5.

K/DA stands for Kills, Death, Assists which are the stats for the League of Legends game. Each character is a playable character in the game (called a Champions). So this group (pronounced Kay Dee Ay) is virtual but voiced by legit musical talent. The popstars MV was created to celebrate and promote the 2018 League of Legends Finals. You should definitely check out the lyrics for Soyeon's rap in the beginning of "More" she absolutely went off. I know there's a live performance of pop stars and a dance practice for More (that one isn't the whole group its 1 Million dance crew and Miyeon and Soyeon). I think other people have already said this but yea Soyeon and Miyeon are the only (g)-idle members in KDA

The members are only Soyeon and Miyeon from G-idle and they tend to replace the other members. sometimes it’s Madison Beer and Jaira Burns, sometimes Bea Miller and Wolftyla and sometimes other people. on the mini album there are a couple songs without Soyeon and Miyeon, and one with Twice members instead but in general Soyeon and Miyeon are the most constant members. In more they featured Seraphine (another League artist voiced by Lexie Liu) and she did the bridge where she was singing in Mandarin.

The group started in 2018 - same year IDLE debuted - w/ the song POP/STAR and it was all made for the 2018 LoL World Championship (Riot always make a new theme song for the Worlds and that year we were really hyped because, well, you saw); it was a sussess, indeed, and you can watch the performance w/ the girls singing AND holograms of the characters. The name of the group is also a inside joke (?), meaning K(ills)/D(eaths)A(ssistences) The names you see in POP/STAR title (Madison Beer, (G)I-DLE, Jaira Burns) are the persons who's singins in fact the song and voicing the characters. The original formation since 2018 is: IDLE'S Soyeon as Akali (cool girl w dragon jacket in subway), IDLE'S Miyeon as Ahri (fox blonde girl doing laundry lol), Madison Beer as Evillyn (the woman playing w a car in 1:57, she's a succubus) and Jaira Burns as Kai'Sa (the one w cool shoulders stuff, 1:50). You can watch them performe on LoL's official channel. For More we have a brand new character, Seraphine (blue long ponytail hair, sings the brigde). She's new in the game and Riot created a whole virtual life for her (tt and insta account and yt covers) and used the hype they've been getting since K/DA to get her the same idol life? well it's kinda hard for me to explain in such details, but she's new and she's voiced by Lexie Liu. Unfortunally, due to COVID-19 and stuff, we couldn't see them all performing More together and only Lexie could do it since she's chinese and it happend in Shangai - well, Lexie and the holograms. Anyways, K/DA made a real comeback w/ a debut album called ALL OUT and trough the songs we have many singers - one of the songs is featuring Twice's members, per exemple. It's really worth checking. They are all fictional characters from League of Legends, a game by Riot Games. Their stories and looks are from an alternative universe, they look a bit different in her original forms, but their looks from the music videos are implemented as skins in the game.
