Hello!!! In 7 Personalities, HuaHua wants to express the 7 or more personalities we go through in our lives, and here specially when facing an inner conflict. It's full of taoïsm symbols and everybody has different understanding of this song. Still it's a masterpiece of music composition, and powerful performance. 🔥🔥🔥 One of my favourite songs by HCY. He is showing and emoting the 7 personalities in different aspects of life/existance, consiousness .. psychologically and philosofically ( budhism and daoism) …… By using different voices that fits the sentiment. I love the final release.. primal scream. The lyrics are also very poetic.. so its not done in a few minutes to grasp the meaning of it all. Especially without knowing any mandarin. I spent a long time myself trying to break down the lyrics

Thank you for reacting to his videos, i hope you continue to react for more songs of Huahua. He is absolutely musical genius, and the lyrics are so deep, i have read about the message of this song but i couldn't find it. Can you please react to his Bullfighting, fakemonk, i don't care, new world, jackdawboy, Madhouse, black and white artist, airplane mode, and so much more. Thank you 😍😍😍🌹🌹

Hua once said that he leaves the interpretation to the fan. There are many more songs available " To be free, Equal to heaven, bullfighting, ordinary path." Thanks and good luck.

Yes, but then at last years concert didnt HCY say that he would explain the background of the new songs, since so many seemed to have misunderstood 7 Personalities? I do agree with you though.. we all interpret music according to our own personal history and standpoint. Heck.. even the present mood were in 😁 But if they think Madhouse is a happy light song.. then they missed the point 😂

@@elisifuentes6551 Last year Hua decided to open up more of himself so gave background explainations of each new song. Previously some songs were too deep and complex so it was better leave them to our personal interpretation. That's my own understanding😅

Hey, you are not alone! I had to watch it several times and finally read the ENG SUBS to understand. I really love the artist, performance and composition though. Really cool and thought provoking. Thank you for reacting honestly to it. Hope you will do more on him. I also remember sometimes not understanding songs by Muse, David Bowie and many, many more. But, it comes down to performance and quality of singing for me. He's out of this world crazy great in my book. :) Rock on!

It's more of transition of 7 layer of personality/emotion of a person.

Yes. I do not understand why you did not use English subtitles for the song. They are not difficult to find. You can either go to this website... Hua Chenyu English Subs華晨宇海外翻譯推廣, or just put English subs in after the song title.
