Love Adam Rupp & his insane talent. He is the best out there in my opinion. He simulates the sounds of a drum perfectly. Many drummers have commented on how good he is. He sounds so realistic. His breath control must be crazy. I heard he makes the sounds both while inhaling & exhaling. This was a few years ago & hard to believe but he is even better now. Adam is the glue that holds Home Free together. He is their secret weapon which other a cappella groups can't match.

We Home Fries love our Adam Rupp. I have such respect and love for this guy. When he and his brother started Home Free when they were in college they wanted to be contemporary so they knew they need a beat boxer and Adam took it upon himself to learn. He is self taught and has been honing his craft for 20 years and it shows. He doesn't rest on his past accomplishments either because he's always adding new elements to his repertoire and changing things up to keep things new and fresh. You ought to see some of his new solo videos. He uses a loop machine and creates beat box "symphonies" that are mind blowing. As you can see, his performances are electrifying and you can understand why people listening/watching Home Free forget that there aren't any instruments, that it's coming from a human person.

Adam was a trumpet player. And when his brother Chris decided to start the group, Adam decided to learn how to beatbox. I think it was around 2000.

I like that all of his drum solos now are different . Very gifted man .

I hope you get to see Home Free when they return to Europe. They only had done a few shows in 2020 when they had to cancel the tour and return home. They plan on returning to the cities that were cancelled and I would guess that since it will be three years when they return, they will probably revisit the few cities that they had already been to before being forced to go home.

Home Free always leaves you amazed and in awe. You should react to undivided or My Country "tis of thee"

They are the same live as on cd. It is truly amazing. I am in Minnesota and they are from minnesota so I have followed them for Years.

When my family went to see HOME FREE in 2019, Tim talked about the skeptics in the audience and then told everyone to ask the front row, which my family was in cause we've all been showered. LoL

Adam is a two-time world champion beat boxer. That video is not his longest solo nor, in my opinion, is it his best any more. He truly is a "freak of nature."

Exactly. It’s not that they can’t it’s how do they do it?!! Adam is amazing. I know he breathes but I don’t understand how. Inhaling and exhaling at the same time I guess. He’s a trumpet player so maybe he learned it from that. Yeah Home Free doesn’t need instruments when you have Adam. Just gifted beyond. Good reaction Sam.😃😍

In a lot of their live performances, they do use a looper so they can layer themselves, but they have to create the sounds before they can loop them. They all can beatbox, but nobody comes close to Adam

He has a much more recent one. He has improved so much, I think it is 2022.

You can hear Adam breathing the whole time but it can be difficult. Sometimes you actually hear an inhale but mostly you can hear some of the sounds he does on his inhales. One of his gifts is he has figured out how to make almost the exact same sounds on an inhale as he can on an exhale thus, it can sound like he isn't breathing at times.

Rumor has it that HH will be scheduling a European Tour for next year, but it depends on the COVID situation. They want to make up all of the tour dates that they had to cancel, plus add new tour dates. Keep an eye on their Web Site for more information. Adan has improved so much since doing this 7 years ago, he seems to get better, and adds new vocal percussions with each new video. He was a thrill to watch at their live concerts, so I hope you get a chance to see them in concert, and I think Danny would like seeing them also.

The part of the video title that confused you was a code for the performance that was taped. It took place in South Portland, Maine, during the Spring Tour in 2015. A date would have been more helpful.

wasn't that insanely good? Samantha, I believe they are going back to Europe in 2023 and they were in Germany when President Trump called everyone home in March of 2020. If they are going to be in Germany it will be your worthwhile to go see them in person...TRUST ME. Yes that's a distance, but train service is pretty good in Europe & it would be worth it by train or car....GET IT DONE...when they announce dates, pick one & do it...you'll have a blast !!! I can't encourage you more than this.
