Love that Reiko is just a straight up brawler. The only complaint is comparing him to some other characters like smoke or johnny, he feels like his stuck in mud.

That's a common misconception due to the animations of his fighting style. Sure he can use his command grabs and overhead to mix opponents up, but his main strengths are staying away whilst zoning with his ridiculous projectiles and whiff punishing with his signature long leg attacks. There is a reason they gave him so much range on his kicks.

I love Reiko, feels like the closest thing to Erron Black in this game. I wish he woulda used his knife or spear in his attack though.

Its kinda boring watching the same 2 characters fight for 20 minutes, would be much more entertaining if you fought one player after the other, giving a bigger change for fans to play against you aswell and more roster showcase for us looking to buy the game !! Stryker's overhead and low are both plus on block, standing resets and safety with his grenades. Nasty stuff! I wanted to use him with Nitara, but the -50HP really hurts her.

Time for some Shang / Shujinko action?

Reijos back 2 is so plus on block that you can guarentee a mid CG if they dont jump. Dont see anyone doing this so hoping you could be the first

B2 is one of his best setups for command grab when fighting in neutral. it’s +8 on block, no character has the means to cancel it, and if they do then i’m just uninformed.

Well tbh you're just not using the character you're comfortable with, Reiko is a Grabbler. Command grabs is what grabblers do.

@@Kaziko5453 true, I still use the command grab and make the opponent guess a lot. Back 2 is plus enough on block to guarantee a mid grab if you have the bars for it. The way I try to play reiko will be different compared to others and that’s the beauty of mk1.

Command grabs are reikos bread and butter. With darrius as support you can get 40%,50%, or use fatal and get 60% combos.

biggest difference other than damage is that it goes from a high to a mid, so the only actual way to avoid it is by jumping

His fb is really slow. If he doesn’t confirm it, you can neutral jump right above his hug and get a massive punish. His command grab is also a high so you can neutral duck it on read, that’s a big punish too.

There was 140 votes yesterday and now it's at 180 votes, on WB support site. From all these people that are stuck in a searching for match simulator on multiple platforms. I have done everything I can: from restarting my router, using a different DNS server, reinstalling the game, erasing my save data, testing other games, including MK11. I've never seen a game that's online component is LITERALLY unplayable. How embarrassing for Netherrealm.This problem has persisted since the 14th, and WB seems to literally be ignoring this issue. They refuse to even address all the people dealing with this game breaking bug. How many more people need to report it until they start a damn investigation? They are resolving issues that have fewer votes though. How kind of them to fix the minor annoyances.

The fact that Tanya's weapon is a three sectioned staff is weird to me.
