He mentions force field time getting cut short. Also damage scaling, especially after his 22grab cancel. But honestly, I have been able to still get some good damage when using certain moves in order with a good kameo.

mostly overall damage, and his normal gunshot no longer combos, so you cant use stryker and kano to combo anymore

Damage nerfs which are quite significant. Similar to what happened to Raiden early on where easy 45% got changed into an easy 32%. His forcefield now only has two hits and lasts way shorter.
