Whenever I think of City Pop my mind instantly goes to this song and anything from Sugiyama Kiyotaka & Omega Tribe ,My personal favourite Band.

Correct answer. Don't worry about the lyrics. The video is also an afterthought, so you can meditate on it. Jun Aoyama's drums, Taeko Onuki's outro chorus and Susumu Sudohara's horn section. Having originally heard this without any idea what the lyrics meant (except the parts in English), I find the subtitles distracting and decided to ignore them.
