Apart from the food : looks like heart attack but the confidence and self belief the owner has ,gives the dish and it's items a unique figure of its own. Literally self belief is one hell of a thing which we all lack somewhere

However, this particular street food vendor seems to have put in a lot of efforts to ensure that their food is prepared hygienically. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and create their own cooking equipment. I wish them all the best and I am confident that they will succeed.

Being a vegetarian I can't comment on this being a huge connoisseur of Indian Slad Chips food but it is truly a treat to see someone from a foreign land making their own Banana Chips and appreciating our culture in a strangely innocent friendly way Hai, kudos to our cuisine and salutes to his impeccable style. especially foreign tourists enjoy
