This song reminds me of the happiest months of my life. I was 21, Neely married and living with my wife at her sisters, working a 13$ an hour job at a golf course. I would spend hours on the fairways watering grass listening to this song because it made me happy. Anytime I listen to this I go right back to those times.

Ive only been to one concert in my life and it was slipknot in 2018 for We Are Not Your Kind at hollywood casino ampitheater in the st louis missouri area. Volbeat played before them. One of the best experiences of my life, such an amazing night.

Sorry, but the chorus in the english version is different from what is sung in the danish one. So you'll have to put it in translate if you want the correct translation. Just saying

I listened to Evigt so much not knowing the Bliss existed. Googled the translation and all. I just think Evigt is better. Crazy, I know, they are virtually the same. Just like Evigt better.

I always wondered how it would be to only understand like half the lyrics to a song... Most of us danes are pretty much fluent in english, so a song that swaps between danish and english doesn't really bother the majority of us. On top of danish of course, english is a mandatory class from i believe 1st grade now, and around 6th or 7th grade, you also have to pick either german or french as your "optional" third language. So it's not uncommon to meet people who can swap between danish and english on the fly, which is what this song plays with...
