The Stylistics had a whole string of hits in the 70s - need to hear them all, you'll love them. Start out with "Betcha By Golly Wow" , "You Are Everything", "You Make Me Feel Brand New", "I'm Stone in Love With You". Didn't make a bad song, listen to all their albums! All Bangers!!!
The STYLISTICS were a real smooth group. I enjoyed seeing them perform on SOUL TRAIN, back in the 70's. Thank you for taking me back down memory lane. 🤗🤗🤗
I know several Stylistics songs, but I've never heard that one before. Two songs of theirs that I especially like are "You Are Everything" and "Betcha By Golly Wow".

I just found you guys. So glad I did. You make me smile. I'm a 58 yr old white woman who grew up in the 70's and early 80's and saw most of those bands/groups live in concert back in the day. Also, I have older siblings so I know the 60's songs too. I have to tell you I spent last night binge watching your videos...So much fun! You guys are so handsome and cute and I loved all your reactions. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Good work...Keep it up! Peace...
You have no idea how much great music there is from the 70's and 80's. The STYLISTICS have so many hits. I don't know how old you are, but you will never hear music like this again.

Early 70's GOLD!
"I Say a Little Prayer", Dionne Warwick! You boys will love it!
Stylistics are the best! Philosophy in their lyrics often, and sweet melodies. My favorite group from the day
I have so many requests: The Kinks ‘You Really Got Me’ (1964) The Eurythmics ‘Sweet Dreams’ (1983) Eurythmics & Aretha Franklin ‘Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves’ (1985) Annie Lennox ‘Precious ‘ (1992) Sinead O’Connor ‘Nothing Compares 2U’ (1990) Jessye Norman ‘Remember Me ‘ (from the opera ‘Dido and Aeneaus’)

Stylistics were one of my favorite groups back in the day - so smooth! Their "Betcha By Golly Wow" is a classic!
I've loved Stylistics for over 40 years, I've never heard this song oops lol. Cool tune. The harmonies are always gold. Now I'm gonna go watch you two listen to Push It!
These kids were born just yesterday; I'm glad they're giving priceless reactions; Even if they hear this song 40 years later, it will all make sense to them even though now they humming old school vibes that will soon catch up with them, I loved this song, and it's been in my heart since day one, I appreciate someone plugin them with this classic song, Nate Dogg understood this as well with the rap song (These Days) which the sample came from (Payback Is A Dog) named appropriately!
I just have to tell you how much I love y'all! I'm old enough to be your Gram, but watching you experience music from different genres and generations is fantastic! Try Paul Young "Every time you go away" from 1985.
The Stylistics were the smoothest singing group. The blend of the voices were so smooth. Glad to see you guys enjoy 60's & 70's music.

Oh Yes The Stylistics! ❤️The lead singers falsetto is crazy good!
My parents exposed to such a variety of music from all genres but the stylistics has a special place in my heart
So happy you young'uns can appreciate this classic piece of music! It warms my heart.
I love it when young bloods like this can appreciate old school kind of love for music they sho don't make anymore much love and respect ❤🎉🎉🎉❤❤

Growing up in Pennsylvania I loved the sounds coming from Philadelphia! So many groups came out of Philly! The best music ! You are appreciating the magic of these genius singing groups!❤️ Listen to the Dramatics, In the Rain, and Harold Melvin and the blue notes, The love I lost , mind blowing !
Anything, Bill Withers!!! "I can't right left handed, Grandma's Hands, Ain't no sunshine" , etc. I've seen that you've listened to "Lean on Me" Nice!
Try the Stylistics. "You are Everything" and Elvis "If I Can Dream"
If you like THE GROUPS try the Chi-Lites (pronounced shy-lights) "Oh Girl" or "Have you Seen Her". Bangin' and slow-jammin' gold. Thanks from Connecticut.
Pure voices. Pure harmony. Nothing better than that!

This music is timeless! Glad to see the youngins keeping it up!!!!
Ths was the song that caused me to give Eban Brown, who took Russell Thompkins' place in the Stylistics all the respect in the world. Because this was hidden gem on their third album and not many people who replace lead singers in groups pull the dust off of "b" sides and album cuts but Eban did it frequently and matched Russell note for note in his execution of the song! You must also hear "You Are Everyting", "Break Up to Make Up", "You Make Me Feel Brand New" (which you should also check out by Jimmy Castor) and "You're As Right As Rain."

My favorite Stylistics song 😍
LOVE seeing younger people loving our music from the past. Vocal harmonizing groups were the best!
Just subscribed!!!! Love both of your reactions! I heard these songs as a teenager and to watch young men hearing this and appreciate it too is wonderful. Ty guys.

This wasn't even the best of the Stylistics. Try "Stone in Love With You". Stylistics were TOP SHELF from the early 70s. And at 3:10 that's a falsetto voice. Russel Thompkins, Jr was among the greatest falsetto voices of that era!

I just wanted to let you know that I am very impressed that you two young men are listening to all genres of music, an it excites me to see a genuine appreciation from the two of you for all the music 🎶 you are playing. I wish more young people would listen to the music 🎶 that you are sharing. Maybe it can and will help expand their minds, culture, an even their imagination. Music inspires people to be creative and share their talents, that GOD gave them, . I believe that "Twinsthenew Trend" is going to blow up an it will be what's trending on the internet. Great name. I just discovered you guys last week 😀, thanks so much for sharing, at first I watched you react to my fav songs, then you inspired me to check out something new to me...i really enjoyed this song (first time hearing). A great song to check out is ' People Everyday' by Arrested development. Much love and best wishes
I was chillin' listening Stylistics and then i found this guys.. I'm so glad that I'm not the only new generation guy who loved Stylistics 😁
You should react to Gladys Knight and the Pips "You're Number One(In My Book)", On and On, Love Overboard! And Rachelle Farrell "I Can Explain", Open Arms live at the Apollo!
It is so nice to see the younger generation react and enjoy the older music. May I suggest reacting to Simon and Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence" and then Disturb's cover of "Sound of Silence" official video, not the live one. The only reason I say not the live one is that the lead singer, David, was sick with the flu and although it was still awesome, the Official video adds more to the understanding of the song. Disturb is a Heavy Metal band but their cover of the song is amazing! Better than the original in my humble opinion but very different, and I love Simond and Garfunkel. Thanks

I loved Simon & Garfunkel's Sound of Silence, but they may have wrote it, however, Disturbed blows them out of the water with their remake. Their singer is amazing and sings it so effortlessly. He was trained in Opera singing and has such control over his voice.
