Gorran Kendall is other singer/guitar player, Romain Axisa has the black guitar and also sings, Glenn Chambers is the drummer, and then there is Ren. Romain and Gorran both have other solo stuff out that is great!

Gorran Kendall is a singer/songwriter/busker from the UK. He is the guy on the acoustic guitar who sang the other song. He also plays the bass and the harmonica, and frequently sings lead for "The Big Push." As a solo artist, he is a folk singer, and his music is reminiscent of 60s folk. I love Gorran's music. Romain Axisa is originally from Toulouse, France, and started playing the guitar at age 12. At age 14, he was the singer in a rock band and later became a rapper. He plays guitar, bass, piano, and a lute/mandolin/ukulele type string instrument featured in the song "Bongo Bong;" opinions are divided over what Romain played in that performance. In addition, Romain sings lead on a few "The Big Push" songs. His solo music is unique, and I don't know what genre it would be categorized as. I really enjoy his music as well. I have Romain and Gorran on a couple of my Spotify playlists. The members of "The Big Push" are all independent solo artists who struck up a friendship, moved in together, and formed the band. Ren Gill, Gorran Kendall, and Romain Axisa take turns singing lead vocals at times, except for the drummer Glen Chambers. However, each of the band members is currently pursuing a solo career due to Ren's absence. They also recorded some songs yet to be released. No telling what the future holds for them, individually or as a group.

@@motaman8074 Thank you kindly. I have a lot of time on my hands so it is easy for me to do the research into subject matters that are of interest to me. I simply create a Google documents and update the info as I come across new material. At this point it is simply a matter of copying and pasting the info to the various reactions.

The street performances are known as 'busking' here. Brighton encourages it, but in other counties it can be trickier to get a permit or it comes with more restrictions. They make money if people drop some change in their guitar case or buy a cd. As the band got more known they would post on their fb page where they would be busking that day, but they couldn't do it too far in advance if too many people would turn up. (Can't cause a nuisance or block the street or they might get moved on.) One time so many people arrived the police had to close the road to keep everyone safe!

they disbanded when Ren had to go to Canada for treatment... there's a chance they will reform if and when he comes back to the UK the band did a fair nr of gigs, but what you see here is them busking (playing for tips on a streetcorner/down a subway station)

Gorran sings the Nina Simone song - I’m feeling Good. Ren started with Wade in the water and then went into Trouble so hard. You should check out the originals.

The interesting thing about them is Ren conducts - he will conduct downtempo switches, the time when flows change, beat changes, but he isn't always lead vocal or lead guitar, that is all directed by him also.....while playing guitar and singing

I've noticed that too on several of the busking videos!

Next time you do a reaction to The Big Push try Bongo Bong - it is a cover ( 1 song). The original is great too.

No they're not concerts. They've been busking in Brighton for a long time but as their reputation grew and they started announcing their busking sessions on social media, people started turning up to see them.
