This is a great rabbit hole to go down - ST are the only artists besides Ren who have really grabbed my attention over the last several years. And thanks for respecting their anonymity; I once saw a reactor pause the video to go looking online, and then triumphantly announce Vessel's identity in the middle of her reaction! Terrible. As for suggestions ... it's hard to go wrong with ST. Many will tell you to go back to the beginning, with the Sundowning album (or even their singles and EPs before that) because their whole discography tells a story that culminated in their last album, Take Me Back to Eden. My personal favorites from them are Jaws and Atlantic. Euclid, the last song on their last album, made me cry, but you won't really understand or appreciate it if you haven't listened to some of the songs that came before. Pick your poison, my friend - they're all good!

I'm excited to jump down yet another Rabbit hole. ST seems to be a genuinely good group with great talent at the helm. Vessel is a ball of talent that was waiting to be unleashed.

I have been falling in love with this band. I hear the roots of Deftones in their music. Not a copy by any means but the tension and space they leave in their music along with some brutal 8 string riffs reminds me of the Deftones.

Deftones have had a large influence on today's Metal(core). As much as people will deny I hear a lot of Limp Bizkit/K0rn/Linkin Park influenced riffs during bridges of metal core now. Dropped tunings with a lot of open string playing. I'm being very general of course but I think the point still stands.

If you want another one of their great music videos check out The Love You Want. A great very very early song/video is Jaws. If you want songs without music videos and just a visualizer (how the vast majority of Sleep Token's music is) check out out The Night Does Not Belong To God or Take Me Back To Eden. Their version of Outkast's Hey Ya will definitely surprise you. Honestly, there's not really a bad song in their discography, just different levels of good.

So vessel writes everything in their music except the drums. Vessel and II are the main members. III an IV are there for performances. Vessel plays piano and keyboard live. Any of the electronic beats II plays live on electronic pads. II is a real special drummer. Once you get more into their songs there's some great playthru videos including this song. And the background vocals live are 3 cloaked vocalists live

Subbed...here to Worship and follow your journey down the rabbit hole 🕳️ 😊. They are amazing 🤩. I saw them in May and was blown away with how good Vessel sounds live. Definitely in my Top 3 best live shows and ive seen A LOT of bands. Lol, I'm Gen X, so Ozzy, Kiss (3 times), Alice in Chains, Sepultura, Stone Sour, Bin Jovi, Skid Row, Def Tones and Korn are just some of the bands I've seen. But Sleep Token!!! Wow! You will not be disappointed in any way. You should definitely do their discography. If you listen in order then the song EUCLID on their latest album will mean more as it has callbacks to several songs because their three albums are a trilogy with one underlying story. Im here for it! Worship ❤

I'm loving your video because you are paying a lot of attention to the details. This band is FULL of details. The Leader, Vessel is an insanely talented guy. He sings, plays keys, bass and guitars on the record. Bassist (III) and guitarrist (lV) are only touring members. So the band, properly is Vessel and the drummer (II) If you are getting into their music, please do it with the approach of an Avantgarde music band. Not just metal. Metal is one of their genres. They are rock, metal, R&B, ambient, jazz, gospel and soul What an interesting and creative guys. I love them. Have a wonderful day !!❤

I went on that Saturday. ST was the main reason I went but my bonus bands I saw was also BabyMetal, Korn, and Fever333. I have seen 311 before and I am not totally vested in TurnStile quit yet. Aftershock knows how to put on a damn good show. This year I am looking forward to P.O.D, Alien Ant Farm, ill nino, and Alien Weaponry. Some oldie but goodies.

I saw Limp Bizkit and Polyphia as like my two main bands I have on my bucket list. I also hung out and watched tool and then at the end of Saturday we watched A bit if K0Rn but I’ve already seen them a couple times so we didn’t stay for the whole thing.

I'm thinking it's the haters that are puttng the info out. Not sure why people said to start with this one but...in my opinion...you could start anywhere. It's all good! ❤
