Shahram Nazeri is the musical love of my life ❤️ I got to know him in 1987 and saw him live a few times in Europe. I must admit that I also have a love affair with Homayoun Shajarian lately, but Shahram was my entry to Persian music an poetry and actually changed my life. So grateful for that 🙏🎶♥️

You're absolutely right, Mace. He's from Kermanshah, a province neighboring the Iranian province of Kurdistan, which is culturally and linguistically quite similar or close to Kurdistan. And that heavy mustache is typical of the people in that area rooted in their faith, Sufism - a mystic and spiritual Iranian belief/faith/or way of life. And oh, the title of the song, Shirin, means sweet which is also a female name in Iran and several other countries in Central Asia and the Mid East which have been culturally and linguistically influenced by the Iranian culture, language and civilization. Shirin in this song is a girl Shahram is addressing. Last but not least, I recommended two instrumental and exotic performances, one solo and the other is a band. The latter is from Kurdistan. Shahram Nazeri is my absolute favourit iranian singer. His voice is so manly beautiful and his dedication to beautiful persian and kurdish poems and music makes me so happy. شما خوبی. تمام منظومه ها و کهکشانها وجود نداشتند.در کل فقط خدا بودو یک هیچ و نیستی بزرک و در دل نیستی کردها بودن. خدا هم نبود بعدا که دید شما هستین خودبخود از نیستی به هستی تبدیل شد وتمام کهکشانها وهر چیزی که هست را بوجود آورد وتا الانم که ما وجود داریم بخاطر شماست که ۸ میلیارد شدیم در خدمت شما که ظاهرا فرقی هم نمیکنه امثال شما با همه باشند و یا تک و تنها در یک کره خاکی باشین و در تنهایی سب و روز خودتونو تحویل بگیرین و هی رابراه بی خودی بخودتون افتخار کنید. جالبه که تمام افتخارات فاخر و ارزنده شما در اصالت وزبان و گویش و شعراتون تموم میشه.با این حال درگیر جدا کردن و اسرار بر ی شهر(کشورر) دور از دیگران باشین ،امثال شما را فقط باید براتون دلسوزی کرد. با اینکه ظاهرا زبان بلدی و احتمالا در هرجایی زندگی میکنی بجز همون جایی که فخرشو میفروشی!!!!! وقسمت تاریک زندگیت همسنه که در جایی با فرهنگ دیگه زندگی کردی و کلی تفاوت واختلاف و عقیده و...و... دیدی،جامعه جهانی که در کنار هم زندگی میکنن و تموم میشن و نوبت دیگری میرسه. چیزی که یاد نگرفتی داشتن و فرهنگ زندگی مردم در کنار همه.امثال تو حتی برای محل و حتی کوچه خودتونم سم هستین و امثال شماها باعث مرگها و دردها در طول قرنها شدین از بس درگیر اصالت شدین که بدون جوامع در کنار هم اصلا خودتم متوجه تفاوت ها نمیشدی. کیشو آیین و فرهنگ و زبان و لباس و همه و همه را ببر یجا چالش کن و بعد خودکشی کن که جاشونو خودتم لو ندی.خیلی فکر کردی جدی هستین و متفاوت؟؟؟؟؟ در نداشتن شعور که تو الگویی
