Queen is Freddie Mercury lead singer who plays piano, guitar and the audience (his words), Dr Sir Brian May lead guitarist, and can also play piano the harp, ukulele, and sing. Roger Taylor the drummer, who also plays piano, guitar and sings, and John Deacon bass guitarist who also plays piano and Double bass! They have all written or contributed to no.1 hits and are ALL in the Songwriters Hall of Fame. And to cap it all, have, between them, diplomas, degrees and doctorates! And produce live music like this! Keep going, only another 200 songs to go😅

Try “One Vision” Live at Wembley 1986 - the crowd is hyped from the very start. And you get to see the entire band on FIRE ! QUEEN is : *Freddie Mercury - Lead Vocals, Piano (certificate in Art and Graphic Design) *Brian May - Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals (PhD in Astrophysics) *Roger Taylor - Drums, Backing Vocals (BSc in Biology) *John Deacon - Bass ( First Honours degree in Electronic Engineering) As you can see, not one of them actually majored in Music. They are just THAT talented.

Freddie kept tea with honey on the piano during concerts to keep his throat from drying out. He never drank anything carbonated before or during a performance, he didn't want to risk burping into the mic as that would be disrespectful to the audience. No telling what the rest of the band had in their glasses; the beer bottle was up there as advertising for one of the sponsors, not for them to drink. You should probably watch some of his individual songs first, but when you're ready to see him at his finest, watch Queen at Live Aid 1985.

Well so could the others - and they all could play the piano and guitar and compose as well as their own instrument in the group - so "the one" you are talking about is Queen´ Brian plays the piano on a few tracks - on the live versions - try "Save me" from the same concert.

This is an incredible performance from our guy Freddie. Can you imagine how the crowd must have been feeling at that moment, for sure like they were in the presence of greatness. The whole band showed up with their "A Game" to this concert. This was Freddie's gospel song inspired by Aretha Franklin who he truly admired. Queen didn't just show up and sing, Queen always put on a show, they were the total package. Lights, costumes, makeup, incredible music, audience control and involvement, the real deal. You should react to some of their earlier stuff when they really got dressed up, long hair, cat suits, elaborate costumes, makeup, nail varnish, high heeled shoes, they went full Glam. Their shows were a feast for the senses, and they still are today though only Brian and Roger remain, John retired and Freddie passed in 1991 so Adam Lambert covers the vocals in his own unique and glorious way. Thank you for your reaction.

May I please recommend you reacting to Under Pressure live at Wembley (the 5:56 minute version) and you can see how he interacts with the crowd. Also, Live aid '85, Bohemian Rhapsody, Another One Bites the Dust live at Wembley, White Queen live at Hammersmith, Don't Stop me Now. These are just a few of their long list of music. They have so much incredible material. There's probably no way you haven't heard their biggest hit although they had tons and tons of hits and the 70s and 80s, but Bohemian Rhapsody has been in so many movies and just figured so prominently in culture for so long, but you would love it to actually experience the song bit by bit because it's an incredible story and I would go with the original music video on that one. You're hearing the audio that we would have heard on the radio and on the album when we ran out to buy it, or even the 45 RPM single for just that song, but it is phenomenal in the video is great. It alone is quite artistic. For the time for real.

Queen is a British rock band that was formed in 1970 and was comprised of: Freddie Mercury - Lead vocals and pianist Roger Taylor - Drummer and vocals Brian May - Lead guitar and vocals John Deacon - Bass guitar Queen is a "rock" group who produced 15 studio albums, 10 live albums, 16 compilation albums, two soundtrack albums, 2 extended plays, 73 singles, and seven promotional singles. and was one of the most influential groups in music history. Queen is an unusual rock band. All four members had amazing musical talent and each of the four members was a successful composer. Queen is the only group in which all members of the band have songs inducted into the Music Hall of Fame. Each member of Queen was a strong and unique individual. They each had different musical tastes which is probably why Queen's catalog of music contains such a variety of genres. They wrote and recorded songs that are soft rock, hard rock, progressive rock, arena rock, thrash rock, glam rock, rockabilly, r&b, blues, pop, soul, funk, disco, dance music, jazz, gospel, folk, opera, show tunes, ragtime, etc. They would sometimes combine multiple genres in a single song.

Welcome to the world of Queen! What a terrific reaction!!! I’ve been a Queen fan since the early ‘70’s when they first got started. You have a lot of wonderful music ahead of you if you are going to do Queen reactions, and I hope you do! You can’t go wrong reacting to any of Queen’s many, many hits (some of which are mega-huge-gargantuan hits that everyone on the planet knows-I’m sure there are at least a couple of their songs that you think you have never heard of but you have heard them; you just didn’t know they were Queen songs.) It’s often said of Queen that their live songs are even better than their studio recordings. That may be true mainly cuz each band member is/was a perfectionist and they really worked hard to please the crowd. But it’s also cuz they all are/were simply extraordinarily talented people. Especially their lead singer, Freddie Mercury, may he rest in peace. He was a force to be reckoned with. Such a shame that we lost him at such a young age cuz that man was so talented and loved to perform. I saw them live a couple of times and let me tell you, you just could not take your eyes off if Freddie. There was something about him that commanded your attention. Luckily, it was worth giving him your attention cuz he never let the audience down, to put it mildly. Anyway, I hope you do more Queen reactions but I have trouble understanding what you’re saying (especially when you talk while the music is playing) and I’d really like to hear your thoughts! Thanks for doing this reaction!

Hey, girl! great reaction.. yes, Queen is a GROUP- Freddie is the amazing front-man/singer - but give credit to the BAND... Drummer Roger Taylor with incredible high vocals.. Brian May on that guitar (and also on vocals) - John Deacon is the bass player holding that beat together.. I look forward to more of your reactions!

Hi Ashley 👍🏾🎶 Yeah this performing by QUEEN (Freddie Mercury) 81 is from a era time when a person as was on stage was a ARTIST and was singing because they ❤️LOVE❤ to sing and performing.. 80 % of Artist as they calling them self on a visit Card..they are not artist they only wanted 💸💰MONEY💰💸 the easy way..🤯🌍. They can only make (Official music videos) It's the easyest way to bring money in the pocket for managers and they as calling them self Artists..Every human on earth can make a Official music video and sing adorable good because It's studio team as fixing lower and higher voice so 60% of all artists as make money on music today are just fake ARTISTS as just LOVE 💸💰MONEY💰💸. 🎶 All music as are after 90 is just fake in Autotune microphone or Official music videos 🤯🎶. 🇸🇪❤️🇺🇲❤️🇸🇪

It's all about melody - - and it has disappeared - now most music is rhythm - . In Scandinavia and Britain we are/were taught singing - melody was important. We started every day at school singing together - the whole school - and everybody would sing. I started at school in 1957. The schools are not built with such large assembly rooms - .I were not taught music but songs - It changed later and from 10th grade I was taught music - by then the school had tape recorders and grammophones - and well educated teachers. Mine was a very good teacher - with great knowledge about jazz - but even more choir music. He had formed a choir that I attended - and a lot of the songs were British or Scandinavian - with a few in German, French, Russian and Latin. Also songs from Iceland and the Faroe Islands. I don't recall any American songs from the choir. Under ' lock down' there was a daily program on the tele - where the conductor of the choir in the radio - sang and played the piano - - and the Danes tuned in and sang along in their homes. During the occupation by the germans in WW2 the Danes gathered and sang as well. This kind of singing only takes place in stadiums - at Christmas - and Midsummer these days. By the way - - I,m from Denmark. 🥰

These are live performances with no auto tune, lip syncing, no BS choreography like we see today. Could you imagine this performance today at the Grammys???

Freddy Mercury was a TRUE musical genius. You GOTTA listen to Bohemian Raphsody. Freddy wrote most of tgir music AND lyrics. Bohemian Raphsody is probably his best work!

No auto tune back in our day Ash. If you wanted to get on stage and pick up a mic you had better have some talent. Period

Good review, keep up the good work - however, mic comments seem muffled from the get go and not clear for some reason.

For the love of God I appreciate that you are feeling this but you would get so much more from it without continually pausing and commenting. Maybe save it until the end? He is possibly the greatest performer of all time so please react to more. You should probably watch Queen at Live Aid but it is already 20 minutes without the interruptions. Not dissing you Thanks for the the reaction and congratulations on discovering Queen
