    I understand pausing. But what I highly recommend us to slightly rewind each time so you don't miss anything when you pause. Bohemian Rhapsody was 1976. This is 1978. The best live is Live Aid, which is probably what that 20 minute reaction was. All four members wrote hit songs and drummer Roger Taylor abd guitarist Brian May also dong lead vocals. The extremely high falsetto voice on Bohemian Rhapsody was Roger. Bassist John Deacon doesn't usually sing sbd is deeply underrated as a bassist. See "Another One Bites the Dust" (he wrote it, their biggest hir) or "Dragon Attack" (by Brian) for hus bass. "You're My Best Friend," written by John who plays the keys on that one. Brian built that guitar from scratch. He is also an actual Astrophysicist. See "Stone Cold Crazy" for their fastest song (thrash metal before it existed), "Tie Your Mother Down," "Killer Queen," "Brighton Rock," "Keep Yourself Alive." Roger had a hit somehow with "I'm in Love With My Car." "Innuendo" is one of their great final songs. Title track of the last album released before Freddie died, both in 1991. "Mother Love" is the last song Freddie ever sang on. His final verse was recorded on my 22nd birthday. He planned to return to the studio to sing the final verse, but was too ill to ever sing again. Brian May sang the final verse. Freddie worked frantically to record as many vocals as he could in 1991. The vand finished the songs later.

    Bohemian Rhapsody was done in 1977. Don't Stop Me Now was a couple of years later. I spent my 24th B-Day at the Queen concert in Montreal on Nov 24, 1981. Freddie passed on Nov 24, 1991. In memory of him, I light a candle on my birthday, every year, and play the song Who Wants to Live Forever. This song was in the movie Shaun of The Dead.

He told the interviewer that no matter how hard every one tried to teach him, (professional and everyone else as well.) he would in his opinion he would ruin the song whenever they’d put him in with the others! 😮❤❤

    This is a few years after Bohemian Rhapsody, in 1978; Bohemian Rhapsody was recorded in 1975. Freddie died in 1991 after being diagnosed in 1987. He was a bit skinner in 1975, mainly due to being younger I think, which might be what you're referring to in terms of looking healthier here... not sure. He recorded up until the very end, though, even when it became hard for him to stand for long stretches of time. As others have said, check out Somebody to Love in Montreal in 1981; their entire 20-minute set at Live Aid was spectacular, too, and often voted the best rock performance of all time, despite it being so short and being part of a much larger music festival with other artists performing. Queen stole the show.

  • @strangeworldsunlimited712
    @strangeworldsunlimited712 Жыл бұрын

    Roger Taylor, the drummer, also had an amazing singing range. The really high note you hear in Bohemian Rhapsody was Roger. Freddy did have an amazing singing range, but it didn't reach the heights that Roger could hit. Brian May, the guitarist, also had a decent singing voice, and the three of them did most of the singing and harmonizing. Bassist John Deacon didn't have much of a voice and therefore rarely sang in any recordings. This was one of the rare songs he did sing on.

    BoRap was 1975. The music video was basically the first ever concept video for a song. Queen are sometimes credited with inventing music videos for this reason. They maybe don't look as lively because of the dramatic lighting. Don't Stop Me Now was from the Jazz album, released 1979. Freddie would have been 33 in this video.

    I knew it, this is after bohemian rapsody 1975, his hair is shorter here , this is '79 Oh , Freddy wrote it, I thought it was Bryan (guitar) because he is the astrophysicist and except lady Godiva there are many physics references I think. Then again the other two I am not sure, Freddy was into art .

    Don't apologize for pausing - I hate reactions that wait til the very end to make any comments. You have to just sit and watch the reactors for the whole song and hope they remember everything they wanted to say! Keep up the good work!

    pause away and react all your want, it's your channel. Headphones for Queen are fun because you hear them panning back & forth, sometimes lyrics only in one ear, while music is in the other - the way Queen intended you to hear it when they recorded. That's all. Carry on!

Now I’m here- live at wembley 1986 White Queen- a night at the Odeon 1975 I’m in love with my car- live in Montreal 1981 (drummer Roger Taylor wrote and sings this song)

    Tgere is a brilliant scene in simon pegg's Shaun of the dead (the others being hot fuzz, world's end)where they are in the Winchester pub surrounded by zombies the jukebox starts playing this song and they have to fight off the now zombie landlord whole this is playing. Once you have done a few queen songs You can do his tribute concert that happened in 92 the year after he passed with artists singing queen jits like george Michael doing somebody to love. Also try green day crowd sing bohemian rhapsody in hyde park london 2017.

    You guys must jump on the Renegades and the Regulators Ren fan club! I bought his album Sick Boi album pre sales so he told us all that we are his people that help him get started and believed in him, it took me like 20 drconds into Hi Ren on whst he was talking about! The world hasn't seen nothing like Ren! If you do watch Ren do Hi Ren first then Sick Boi. Jenny, Screech and Violents tale is a amazing. Mozart shit man. Like he is a composer! 33 years old. But read his back story before you watch this dude. I'm 49 and I love Classic Rock and all kinds of music and I grew up in the 80s so I've seen amazing artists. I grew up on watching the GOATs! He is from Wales! He is tacking the world by storm. He fights and speaks for the mentally Ill people with depression, anxiety and drug addiction! And other topics that no other artists in history has tackled and reached out to the people that has and knows what Ren has been through, one way or others! People with any of them which is probably more then half the world does. From every country he is becoming something the world's never seen! He speaks for us that are too scared to speak their minds. He does it so many ways man. Please watch and let me know that what you just watch from Ren is a masterpiece and unbelievable. You must watch Hi Ren all the way until he unplug his mic. Good reaction. It'd always good watching this generation appreciating the great older music. Led Zeppelin is my favorite ever. I never thought That I would fall for a artist like Ren! He is AMAZING

    FYI, Queen does not block their videos. No need to pause or mask for copyright reasons. However if you pause for comments, that's another thing. Just be judicious in selecting your pause points (e.g., NEVER pause during a guitar solo).

    I think you can kind of tell the age of the video by the length of Freddie's hair. It started out long and got shorter. Also the drummer , Roger Taylor, is the really high pitched voice you hear in the background.
