One of the most unconventionally lovely tunes ever performed.

I always thought the guys voice was incredible. When he sings the line " it burns you when its hot" the octave he hits on the word "when" always sends a chill down my spine.

This song still chokes me up im old now but you never forget the love you had that was one sided lord that still hurts.

Yes!! This band has so many hits. This is pretty mellow. I laughed about the hair comment. I had a huge crush on that boy back in the day. Not a pretty boy, but damn. Try Steam Roller. That is more rocking out.

strange thing about the mind, hearts guitarist the blonde gal said she ripped off the riff for baracuda from nazareth. I just automatically knew it was flight tonight.....in a fraction of a second, didn't even have to think about it

Oh Scribe, I wish you could have been with me to hear Love Hurts at Dayton, Ohios Hara Arena in 1982 . It was one of those nights when everything in that concert just clicked...Love hurts was so emotional There was not to many Dry Eyes while it was being performed including mine! Wish you could have been there for sure🌹🙂

It's a re-make of an original Everly Brothers song which certainly wasn't a power ballad.
