Marcelito was born with the ability to sing in soprano, tenor and baritone ranges. He's also singing in both English and Italian...neither one is his native language and doing it while sitting down!! He's amazing...just like your reaction.

I absolutely love this man.....self taught, after a very hard upbringing ....one of God miracles.....

Absolutely stunning as usual. He had no training at all... Homeless from a young age when his only parent was sent to prison, he kept himself entertained by mimicking the songs he heard coming from a bar while making what little he could on the streets of Manila. He credits God with all the blessings in his life and with getting him through the bad times. A wonderful human being who is genuinely kind and humble... The "yawn" at the end was him pretending to spit out the human who was singing with him and was in response to a staff member joking that he must be hiding someone in his throat.

WHAT A PRECIOUS REACTION MY FRIEND! He is a product of Pinoy Got Talent from the Philippines. We call it "Doble Cara" in Philippine singing style and he excelled pretty well showcasing his crystal clear and operatic voice!

The next Marcelito song you need to check out is his semi-final performance on America's Got Talent, the Champion's Edition, Time To Say Goodbye. A duet originally done by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli. He was invited to compete on the Champion's Edition because he won Filipinas Got Talent with "The Prayer" in 2011. So therefore was a champion.

Imagine being able to do a duet on your own, this guy is phenomenal thanks for the reaction. He was on americas got talent a few years back maybe check out some of those performances. This dude came from poverty and taught himself how to sing and to sing in English and Italian

Mind you he's NEVER taken singing lessons and he's singing in two languages (English and italian) when his native language is Tagalog! He is from the Philippines. He was orphaned at the age of 7 years old and grew up in the streets of the Philippines searching for his family. He did not even know he has this talent (sing both male and female voices) until the age of 18. Marcelito has been blessed by God for his suffering as a child. It helped get him out of poverty, find his family, got married, and have a baby. He was a contestant on America's Got Talent maybe 3 years ago? He didn't win but Marcelito remained humble, kind, and gentle. He truly is gifted; one of a kind performer. He also sings in other languages (spanish, tagalog, chinese, etc. You can search his name on youtube under REACTION Marcelito Pomoy and you'll see how many covers he has done!

Yes it is Italian, please remember it is Andrea Bocelli. At the time of the recording, his English was not fully there since he grew up on the streets of Manilla, he was abandoned by his mother from age 7. Most people who go through the school system in the Philippines have compulsory English. He's far better now. In addition to English, Italian, he as also sung in Mandarin (Chinese) and Spanish. His primary language is Tagalog (one of many languages of the Philippines. He is not classically trained, this is self taught (understand it was the streets - he discovered at age 18, that he could sing in the counter tenor range and is a fan of Celiine Dion and got the meet her once) and he can pickup different songs in different languages. If you want to hear his "real" voice, he does so in Despacito and a in duet with Morissette Amon singing Little Mix's "Secret Love Song" at a Wish Awards concert. He has also appeared in America's Got Talent Champions and finished 4th. There was some issue with Simon Cowel. But anyway, a lot more people are aware of him.
