5:17 - "The octave higher" notes in Queen's songs were usually done by Roger Taylor, in the studio versions.

Roger will also do higher notes in live performances.
Marc and Ultimate Queen Celebration (UQC) did Another One Bites the Dust earlier this year, and their rendition of Under Pressure was well received. In concerts, Marc warms up to Bohemian Rhapsody with a "what if Freddie sang this" performance of Schubert's Ave Maria, then performs the entire BH. Queen will typically use a recording for the operatic section, but Marc is singing live all the way through the song with a recording of the chorus, in the middle of a 90+ minute set with a couple of breaks. He opened some of his performances with his "Mercurotti" of the Nessun Dorma aria. They also play songs like I Want It All and The Show Must Go On, which Freddie Mercury never got to perform live because of his declining health. Going to a live performance of Queen and UQC are bucket list items for me.

Marc is just mindblowingly good. Check Queen Extravaganza stuff on here.. Marc performing "Under Pressure" with Jeff Scott Soto will give you shivers. His delivery on Radio Ga Ga is just stunning as well, if I'm to pick a few; but, the Bohemian Rhapsody live with the full Extravaganza crew is nuts. Check some of the set lists for them and you'll be surprised just how far Marc's voice can take you down the freddie mercury rabbit hole. That said, his own material is amazing as well. Up in the air sounds like a Bond Theme.

He and many of the QE guys are still performing live shows. They're called the Ultimate Queen Celebration. He and lead guitarist Tristan performing Under Pressure is amazing.

@@MMuraseofSandvich Just saw a solo performance he did of Who wants to live forever.. It just strikes ya dumb and gives ya chills.. My main connection to Queen's music is that song from the Highlander. Was never a fan of the group but that song had me buying copies of their boxed set as gifts for years.

Marc Martel has done Bohemian Rhapsody such a awesome version that it is mine from the way he's able to play the piano sing and to all the other lyrics for the song it's just outstanding
He did the vocals in the movie.
Probably one of the best musicians around now sounds very much like Freddie queen was always my favourite band and great to hear this all again just as good with Marc and the band think I like these better than queen
Marc & his Christian band, downhere, are also amazing. Yet, his work with the UQE is mind blowing. I’d rather see him than 2022 Queen, tbh.
He did a lot of the singing in the movie, he said he had to sign an NDA restricting him from saying how much of the singing is his. He did say in an interview, if you think it's me then you are probably correct. Malik did a fantastic job but crediting him with the singing might be just a little misleading.
