Well Done Guys. ALWAYS get the accompanying video with Madness songs like "Our House" and many others because they were a very successful London Ska/Rock Steady Band from Te 1980s but they are typically English and deliberately self-deprecating and funny hence the silly dancing :) They are mostly, CHELSEA F C Supporters and the whole Chelsea crowd often break into this when celebrating.A perfect example of this and well worth watching is this KZread Video: " Chelsea EPIC LIQUIDATOR, ONE STEP BEYOND, Amsterdam ". It is 4 minutes and Chelsea of London were playing AWAY in The Netherlands ....:) ENJOY and keep up the good work...

My favourite band, they always had humour and a great feel. Biggest song was Our House, then there is there nostalgic take on school, Baggy Trousers, Cardiac Arrest which is a song about a stress induced heart attack, all with a lot more words than this, though they did romance too, with My Girl and It Must Be Love. Always had silly intro on their videos.

The first time I saw this video I was in a bar in a little German Town called Alex's and I thought this was one of the coolest things I've ever seen in my life. I was pretty drunk at the time too but I still think it's awesome sober

That's a famous Camden (London) Rock pub called the Dublin Castle, and Madness took their name from Prince Buster's (SKA) track Madness (they call it madness). Oh, and the little sax is a plastic toy

This is ska music, which came out of Jamaica in the 50s and 60s. Other bands in Britain playing ska were The Specials, The Beat, The selector and more. Madness were all about fun and happiness . They played a gig on their 25 anniversary (I think) in London's Hyde Park. The dancing was so vigorous it registered 4.2 on the Richter Scale!! I defy anybody to listen to this tune and keep their feet still! I can't and I'm 65 and have loved madness since 1982.
