You have to listen to A thousand suns as a whole, this song just sums up a little part of the energy of the album.

Whole album “A Thousand Suns” is their most different and coolest album in my opinion! The Catalyst was off that album and I remembered you liked that one too

I miss Chester. RIP and Cornell and Prince . And so on

I think the things Chester did was more middle eastern style than Indian style- and I say that as a middle eastern woman. I hear these kinds of vocals on the radio all the time.

Yeah, the vocal sounded quite middle eastern, but the beat sounds very like Punjabi Bhangra music. It's a fusion of influences, which is their signature thing.

This is just one of the many examples of how much of an incredibly dynamic and versatile vocalist Chester was. He is still missed. Never would I have thought that Chester would sing as if he was in an Indian tribe. His vocals were powerful even though he didn't use many words. This song and performance is weird but good. I actually enjoyed this. It has hip-hop style that a lot of LP songs have mixed with some kind of tribal indian music.

I seriously love this reaction. LFR Jesus has some seriously great music taste for sure. Spending time in the Patreon Discord and talking to the LFR family... we have some seriously amazing people on there. But this reaction was so much fun. I never heard this song. It truly is a fusion of rock and hip hop. This was an amazing song. Great reaction though. My thoughts exactly. People who don't see this video are missing out.

Awesome song by Linkin Park. I've seen them at Ozzfest twice with Disturbed, Papa Roach, & many other great bands back when they first came out. Phenomenal!!!

Yep it got so much hate when it came out. I've seen a resurgence in recent years tho of people realizing its brilliance. Shit was ahead of its time by a decade at least.
