So, I already was a fan of this group of siblings. When I saw them here in baton Rouge, LA. I stuck around and helped them break down. Abigail on drums, Samuel on guitar, MeloDia on vocals, previously on bass, Ethan on bass, and young Justin on the keys. They absolutely own covers of the classics, and as you see, their original work is phenomenal. Bringing it back

Not only is Liliac a great band, They are completely Independent. Yes they have a Patreon like everybody in this age. However they do everything themselves- Song Writing, Recording, Video Shooting & Editing, Promotion, Merch Sales, Album Design, Interviews, Instrument Setup, etc. They also play at least 2 instruments, 3 in Melody and Sam's case if you count Vocals as an instrument. They are also very active on social media and are the nicest human beings I have ever seen in my life.

Their cover of Seven Nation Army will blow your mind.

They are siblings ranging from 14 to 22 years old. The singer is Melody, drummer is Abby,guitarist is Sam, bass guitar is Ethan and on keys is the youngest member Justin.

I first discovered Liliac on KZread covering Holy Diver and it blew me away. I needed to investigate further and found their version of Piece Of My Heart and that was it, instant Fan! 3 cover LPS and 2 Original LPS later with a new 3rd Original in the works they have shot up to my all time favorite band and I've been around for quite awhile.

Dive in the deep end! They will not disappoint! This is one of the songs that set the hook in me! You need to watch Travis and Suzie's first Liliac reaction, which was this song.

Yes they are all brothers and sisters , this was the first song Travis and Susie reacted to from LILIAC and like you they were blown away . The band is fiercely independent and are based now in Georgia , this song was recorded in their family's living room in a small Californian apartment during the covid lockdown . Their current release is a tribute cover of Whitestripes SEVEN NATION ARMY which is indisputably better than the original . At the time of this video release Melody the vocalist was 17/18 and Justin the keyboardist who is the youngest member was 11yrs old the eldest Sam is now 23 at the time 20 and even then was being recognised as a future guitar virtuoso . five siblings, dad's the producer, mom is the support, all was filmed during pandemic in their living room.

They have covered "Enter Sandman", "Holy Diver", "Rainbow in the Dark" and several other songs from the 80s. In order is Samuel on the guitar, Abigail on drums, Melody is lead singer and guitarist, Ethan is on Bass, and Justin is Keyboard. They are all siblings in the order that i gave the names.

You need to see them busquing in the pier in Santa Monica doing Crazy Train. They spent a few years on the pier but got such a big following that they were asked to stop because people couldn’t get around on the pier.

My favorite covers are master of puppets, 7 nations armies, I hate myself for loving you, favorite originals are sailaway, mars, mystery, and dear father. When you request something there are options for Travis and Suzi or Jon and Dolly. Most of the requests for Liliac have gone to Travis and Suzi. Sure they probably talk about the bands they have reacted to but that doesn't mean they have watched the same ones just because the other members did.

All siblings live in California, originally from Romania. Liliac means Vampire Bat. Lots of covers but they are putting out their own material, as you can see. They are ages 12-21. All play at least 2 instruments. If you count vocals Mellodia does 3 as does lead guitarist brother Sam.

Most of their musical inspirations were very dramatic- Kiss, Dio, Motley Crue, Ozzy, Queen, etc, so they come by the dramatic performances naturally. I don't get a creepy vibe at all, they are a very humble, loving, hard working, religious, and talented young family.
