This is how Korn introduced themselves and Nü Metal to the world, back in '94. Almost 30 years later and this is still 🔥🔥🔥

I was never the same after hearing this!
Gotta check this song out from Woodstock '99. One of the best live songs ever.
Most Korn concerts undoubtedly will always have a mosh pit. ❤
You should watch their performance of this at Woodstock ‘99.
It's time for A.D.I.D.A.S. by KoRn
A mosh pit should never be that violent. It's more for people to have fun and just let loose. But there should be nobody trying to purposely hurt others

I wish more of the younger generation understood this. A mosh pit lets you immerse yourself in the music, connect with other fans and release some high energy. There’s always a risk of getting hurt when you enter (or get shoved in lol) but the goal is not to hurt people. And every pit I’ve been in or around has always been different from show to show.

@@marlenakirk17 I haven't been in a pit in a while, but back in the day, if someone was obviously trying to hurt people, someone else in the pit would take them out. It was kinda self-policing.

@@flingonber It's an unwritten rule, same with picking people up if they fall so they don't get trampled. I haven't been in a pit in ages though cause my knee is fucked up so not sure if that's changed.

You obviously have never been in a Pantera mosh pit. We didn’t think about that in the 90’s, we’re a different breed.
Yes one of my favorite Korn songs, favorite songs period. ☮️💜🤘🔥
A wall of death is where the crowd splits in two sides leaving an empty line between then they run straight into each other, where in a mosh pit its an empty circle in the middle of the crowd then they run into it in circles creating a loop kind of thing inside.

That's a circle pit. Moshing is when you jump and shove each other or throw yourself into other people and they shove you back, but you do get a-holes who feel the need to be violent from time to time. I saw one guy throwing elbows at these kids and then a big biker dude came up behind him, knocked him out with one punch to the back of the head, and then my friends and I dragged him to the side so he would leave people alone. The medics picked him up and took him to a tent.
This is the one that set it off for Korn Definitely check out DID MY TIME by Korn 🤘🏽😎
I saw them live for the first of many times less than a month after I turned 14 in October of 1994. This brings back many memories because this was the album.
Blind Woodstock 98 is 🔥... A must watch...

Thank you for these reactions. I've been down with the flu and trapped in my house. I love watching people react to the music i listened to and this has definitely help keep my spirits up and entertained while being sick. Thank you.
Korn "need to", "faget", "daddy"
That bass guitar is CHOOONKY in this one! Miss it, Love it!
Got the life and their cover of Another Brick in the Wall are great as well
"Coming Undone" is a MUST reaction.
🖤 Another vote for 'Coming Undone'!
The great journey began with this track.
Most moshpits you just shove people around and slam into eachother. If people throw punches, they usually find out that it is not welcome real fast. Some shows/bands allow hardcore pits, but if you just show up to a random place and start swinging, people are going to check you.
Love u reacted to the video first cause now when u react to this live at Woodstock ur gonna really appreciate it
Hey mate, good reaction! Too lazy to go through the comments but what I love about that track from Korn is that it's their first track on their first album! Boom 🤯 Enjoy the rabbit hole mate! 😊
What's really fun to do is to experience the release version, than their demo to see which was cut or added since the original, this song especially... hits differently kzread.info/dash/bejne/pYeglcywj5a4k7w.htmlfeature=shared
I've been in many moshpits as a teen, there's a sort of etiquette to moshing. Invasion of personal space some pushing but no punchs to the head, that would immediately get you dropped by many angry polite moshers.
Woodstock 99 Korn blind live you definitely have to react to that it’ll blow your mind
What you described is hardcore dancing. I will never go to a hardcore show for that reason. I’m a deathcore kid. And when people crash into each other, that’s called a wall of death. The room divides into 2 sides and everyone runs into each other.
At a Korn gig you'd have more of a "push pit" whereas what you described would be found more at a Hardcore shows. Modern Hardcore bands like Knocked Loose, Kublai Khan and Harms Way would have those kinds of pits as well as all the old bands like Madball, Sick Of It All and Irate from the 80s and 90s and everything in between.

Try Korn - Insane (official video) 👌 greetings from Portugal 🇵🇹
90s mosh pits were pretty dangerous at times. Later people started helping others out in the mess
Typically mosh pits are just pushing and shoving with some shoulder bumping. They also get into circle pits where everyone runs in the same direction, there is also the "wall of death" where the rooms split in half then they run together and clash. Traditional mosh pits are good natured though and if you slip on some beer or fall over for any reason there is usually 4 or 5 people to yank you back up onto your feet instantly. The back handed swinging and kicking is more of a hardcore scene kind of thing and it definitely ruins the vibe and those people are just there to hurt people... and even in the best of pits there is always the one 6' 7" guy whos there to take his day out on people... if you see them enter the pit run lmao.
You want different and Crazy but Rockin'? You should check out "Rob Zombie - Dragula" Or.. "Rob Zombie - Living Dead Girl" He is awesome and different!! Great Horror Movie director as well!!

🔥 💖 Yaas thanks again for the reaction ! ☺🤘.... Wow forgot to ask you to react to one of my favorite Korn song before 😅 ...... Falling Away From Me - Korn ( only if you are looking for suggestions 😸) ..... Greetings from Iceland ❄ 💜
Yeah, not all mosh pits are safe to be in. The one where they all run into each other is called a wall of death, you are NOT supposed to hurt people in the pit but you do get the a-holes who throw elbows and kick. There are multiple types of pits too. Punk pits tend to be very violent, the craziest pit I have ever been in was at a Punk show. Moshing or slam-dancing is when people kind of shove and jump into each other. Skanking involves more kicks and punches but you are not trying to hit people you are just hitting the air. Finally a circle-pit is when everyone just runs in one direction in a circle. It is all about being a physical outlet for aggression and frustration without hurting people. All that being said in metal, the unspoken rule of any pit is if YOU see someone fall down, YOU pick them back up. Metal heads have a bad enough rep as is and we don't need serious injury or deaths in our pits. We are one big misunderstood family of society's misfits.
Should’ve done the live one at Woodstock
Yo check out Goatsnake. They're considered "Doom Rock" but they have bluesy, southern, and more traditional rock elements to their music as well. Phenomenal singer too. And their guitar tone is soo fuckin uniquely heavy it's awesome.
YOU SHOULD DO "TWIST/CHI"

Early Korn is far more grunge.
I'm checking things out. Good work, dude. I would like your opinion on Upchurch's music. It's just so much in that rabbit hole. Not many reactors start off, right to him. Only what's big, It's all good.
