Slash has a "Metallica / Alcohollica" patch on his jean jacket (you happened to pause there @ 4:53). I saw this video when it came out on MTv in '88 and never noticed that patch in all of these subsequent years. Just sayin'

Stop giving wrong information bro, when did Axl hate Slash? they always completed each other, there may have been their momentary disagreements but Slash and Axl have always been and are inseparable. and as for the song Rock Queen, it wasn't Slash's girlfriend, it was Steve Adler (drummer) Axl took his girlfriend and in this song axl wanted to leave a more erotic atmosphere in the music and so he asked with the girl's consent, to be recorded the sexual act between them, which ended up being in the final part of the song.
