Great video/song , and your at times comical reaction. I've seen a few reactions to this, and it strikes me that while most people concentrate on the visuals, no one ever remarks on the incredible vocals by Holly.

That version was banned on MTV back in the day.

People would wear tee shirts that said "Frankie says Relax" very popular song then, alot of radio play. ❤

LOLOLOL.........I needed that laugh......I saw another reactor that watched the "clean" version video and completely missed what the song was about and talk all about what a great song it is and how it communicated the importance of everyone taking time from their day to relax with their family and friends. ....on a side note.....you may have to reconsider your closing......."When you see this little face I need you to sit back, relax, and watch me react" may never be the same again......

😳 I heard this is high school growing up and had a few suspicions, but never saw any but the other "clean" version of the song's video. This one must be the German Blue Oyster version. 😂

HAHA...welcome to the 80's. Speaking of Welcome, 2 other Frankie songs you need to check out are "Welcome to the Pleasuredome" and "Two Tribes". May want to go Live versions on those because those official videos are almost as wack as this one. Loved the reaction

The song was very different sounding originally... Producer Trevor Horn (of Buggles fame) completely changed it to this version

👏LOL!🤣I bought this single when i was only 8 years old - the original single cover was extremely erotic - but i was too innocent to know - LOL! 😂 Yes, the single was banned from BBC radio, the single cover had to be changed and the video was heavily censored - but it stayed at No.1 for months, as did their second single, 'Two Tribes'! Everyone had a 'FRANKIE SAYS RELAX' T-shirt - I mean EVERYONE! It's still iconic today - great band - they broke a lot of boundaries with their music! 💪

I believe this was a 'One Hit Wonder'. Oh yeah, I forgot 'Welcome to the Pleasure Dome'.
