Oh man, this is one of only a few songs they did like this, but it got them a lot of fame - what'll be amazing is if you do Rise after this, it's far more hard rock/metal, and came out this year, 33 years later. It'll blow you away entirely

BTW I'm positive this song is saying "I need to get laid," but in a really pretty way.

When I was like around 17, two of my male friends sat down in front of me, grabbed their guitars and sung this entire song to me. I'll always remember that night the rest of my life ❤

I remember when this song came out in 1991, we just got back from Persian Gulf War, and this song was all over the radio waves, clubs, & bars.....it is safe to say that many grown-ups walking around right now were conceived during songs popularity! When they are talking about actions Vs words they aren’t talking about having your S.O. Do something FOR you. They are talking about everyday actions that demonstrate respect and affection. The next Extreme song you should check out is Get the Funk Out. Very different from this song. Also the singer here was briefly the lead singer of Van Halen in the late 90s on an album that did not do well. His work with Extreme was received much better.
