Is it really a drug ballad though? I look at it as he's just blaming drugs because at the end he says I didn't even smoke or drink anything. So he's blaming substances for his serial killer tendencies. Then he disguises it as a little club/ drug ballad with the chorus. That's at least what I think he was going for with this song.

Personal favorite was when he played around with the horrorcore theme a bit more in 09. The whole “who else could name every serial killer who ever existed in a row” lines he was murdering it and flow.

this layout is great, a playthrough of getting a feel for what EM is bringing and a genuine response to the song with a few pauses for standout bars and then a second listen to follow the twine that connects the rhyme
