Personally not true with me. I had their Greatest Hits and the music book with lyrics. I had hoped to use some of the songs for romance. Didn't happen. Unfortunately, that among other musical tapes, CDs, records (Both my deceased Mom's and my collections) were lost in a public storage unit auction in 2012. Couldn't pay the rent on the unit. Anyway, really great collection of love songs of the 80s. Try these songs. Even The Nights Are Better, Every Woman In The World, ( The song that basically summed up my hope for love), Here I Am,

This and "Making Love Out of Nothing At All" are my favorites by them. You have to listen to that one too! Oh and I forgot one more - "Just As I Am". Their lyrics and voices had such passion - I think that's why they were so popular. I listened to this one on my cassette player over and over after my first heartbreak in high school 😭 When I hear it again, I'm back there thinking of him and it still brings a tear to my eye - along with probably many more people here too! I knew it would but had to click anyway - I'm just a masochist I guess 😁

My awareness of music in that period is sketchy because just a kid, but I can look back as an adult now and know despite not aware enough to consciously listen to music then I must have heard it in background so there is stuff like Bee Gees, Abba, Oliva Newton-John, Air Supply and Bon Scott era of AC/DC that just my first memories of music and it make me think of my early childhood memories.

Their first was *LOST IN LOVE* peaked at #3 exactly 42 years ago this month, May 1980. It was a huge hit of theirs, total classic, add it to the list

Air Supply seemed to be everywhere when I was a teen in the 80s. We used to be writing their lyrics in our notebooks at school. It was the best time, it seemed like yesterday.

We just got home an hour ago from an Air Supply concert! They have the best love songs ever and they still sound great- it was so fun!

They actually have quite a few very good hits.

Air Supply is still one of my favorites. This came out the year after I graduated from high school. I loved soft rock and what's known as bubblegum pop now. I was a Donny Osmond girl as a preteen and a teen.

"Sweet Dreams" by Air Supply is a powerful ballad. "Every Woman In The World" is my favorite. The first 45-inch single I bought in 1981 is "Here I Am" by Air Supply.

"Now playing in an elevator near you!" Cannot find their greatest hits album anywhere! The older I get, the more I love this group!

I always loved this song and the bands vocals are AMAZING!!!

I operated with guys in the 80's that liked a certain type of music and Air Supply didn't feature in there. I actually loved there song and was a closet AS fan. Their love songs were always there to sooth me and it was relatable to what we experienced as youth and young adults.

My mom had a HUGE crush on this duo...and in turn introduced me to their amazing voices and songs. Some great stuff.

I love these guys and they’re still touring hundred plus shows a year and pack the house all over the world! I’ve got tickets to go see them in California this year and I can’t wait for Valentine’s Day!

One of my favorite Air Supply songs is Lost in Love.

I hear this and see Will Ferrell & Chris Kattan on SnL doing a skit to this called " Holiday love " that pissed of Air Supply.

This song was a #2 hit right behind Another One Bites The Dust by Queen. This was a huge hit back then.

In 1980, I saw Air Supply and The Ramones concerts within a week of each other. Both were incredible.

Hey guys great reaction! This was a huge song back in the early eighties. I remember as a kid listening to America's top 40 with Casey Kaysome I believe it was number one for about 4 or 6 weeks Enjoy!

A friend of mine put it best after breaking up with his girlfriend, “Breaking up feels worse than falling in love feels good.” This song was popular when he went through that heartbreak. It’s one of those human emotions that transcends all time and cultures.

I remember a time when people used to write a letter or call a radio station (KOST103.5 FM) and request this song. People had arguments, disagreements etc and would dedicate this song to their lover. The radio dj would read the letters on the air. It was a cool concept when you could actually request songs and dedicate them to whoever you wanted. I think I just made myself feel old. Hahaha.

Oh My Gosh! When I was about 7, in 1981, my brother who is a few years older than me was in love with a girl, who became his wife used to listen to their greatest hits all night long. When the tape ended, he would wake up and turn the tape over. This went on for a few years! Wonderful memories of my brother when we were kids.
