in the kindest way possible, Matcha's fur looks to have pin matts. the best way to removed them and prevent them is to use a slicker brush and a metal comb. i dont know if he's been to the groomer yet but 8 weeks old is the ideal age for puppies to start getting used to the grooming process. and then a grooming appointment every 2-3 weeks for the next 3 times. usually in those first 4 grooming appointments, a bath, good brushing, nail trim, sanitary trim, and shave out paw pads is all they need. much love!
