Have fun guys, I was there on the 7th too. U should defenitely go to Akchour which is on the other side of the mountain, great for camping, lots of nature, natural pools and rivers to swim in !

Actually, Marhaba means Hello, and Salam means Hi. Also, in Morocco and Tunisia they say Aslema for Hello, and Bislema for Goodbye, that is a very local way to say it 🥰 What I am still surprised about is that a girl from Africa needs visa to visit another African country, and Europeans don't need any visa for Morocco. That's odd, I think all African countries should be visa free not only for the travellers from another country on the continent (that's a must), but also for the rest of the world for the sake of tourism and economy.

Fruits and legunes are not expensive but there are fruits that are expensive, avocados for example cost between 40 and 50 for a kilo, it was an important part of your bill. Most vegetables are between 3 and 10 dirhams .A kilo of vegetables mix will never exceed 10 dirhams/kilo.

Just a tip guys, 20 dhm are 2 euros and 100 dhm are 10 euros 😉

I also struggle with currency conversion because my first instinct is to the Kenyan shilling then dollar before converting to the local currency. I hope you find some smooth or scooter friendly terrain soon. ❤❤🇰🇪

The secret to a chemical toilet, is not to poo in it. We've got one in our van, and never had a problem in the last 12 years as we only use it to wee in. Never a number 2 😮

Hello, you made a monumental error in talking about the origin of Chefchaouen blue. Unfortunately, several tourists visiting the pearl of northern Morocco and for lack of serious research, speculate and say anything in their videos. So this is why this city is blue: To understand the origin of the blue color of Chefchaouen, you have to dig into its history. The city was founded in the 15th century by Sharif Ali ibn Rachid al-Alami, and was one of the sultan's strongholds in his resistance to Spanish and Portuguese invasions. It subsequently welcomed a population composed mainly of Andalusians and then Moriscos chased from Andalusia. It was long forbidden to Christians under penalty of death, but not to Jews. The Sephardic Jews, who found refuge in Chefchaouen fleeing the atrocities of Catholic Spain, painted their houses blue. It is the color representative of the sky and the sea created by God in Judaism. This tradition has since been taken up by local residents, Jewish or not.

I know I was nervous when I first used my passport to go to Europe. I was so nervous the customs guy took me aside and started rubbing my visa stamp thinking it might be fake. I was just messing with you with that comment, perhaps in poor taste, sorry about that.

Sorry but your knowlege about history is ridiculous , the jews settled in Chefchaoun back in the 15 th and the 16 th century , they fled the Spanish inquisition not the "Nazis" 😂 😂....secondly , it's not the jews who are behind the blue color of the city but the indeginous Amazighs who chose that color .
