The Best Martabak in Bandung is , Martabak San Francisco at jalan Burangrang Bandung , there are 2 type Martabak , Martabak sweet & Martabak salty ( with mix grilled meat , egg , onion leaf , salt & papper ) its delicious👍

Chocolate and Cheese is a very common combo. Its not gross at all because we use cheddar and not those strong smelling cheese u have in Europe. The choco cheese and peanut martabak manis is the best seller and most popular one

Next time you should try the sweet martabak with cheese, peanut and chocolate, I know it might sound weird for Europeans, but in Indonesia that's the most common combination for sweet martabak, and yeah you also should try the savory beef martabak (martabak telur/egg martabak) with duck egg and yeah, don't forget to go to the gym next morning hahahaha

We tend to forget about how much callories are in martabak when we buy it. It's not an everyday snack. You buy it when you have family coming, or to bribe your future father-in-law when you go to your girlfriend house :D Thank you for visiting Bandung and have a pleasurable trip.

Your channel is amazing and thank you for reviewing many areas of our country, there are 2 islands that I suggest going to which are Palembang (known for its notorious attractions) and Bali (known for its great and beautiful beaches), If you want to learn more about Indonesia’s artifacts or culture then I suggest going back to Jakarta to visit “Museum Nasional Indonesia” you can learn most of Indonesia’s artifacts from there

your sweet martabak is so expensive, usually the price for the sweet martabak is around 30-50k rupiah, and for the egg martabak is around 45-80k rupiah (depend on the kind of egg and the quantity), so for 110k rupiah usually you already got 1 box of sweet martabak and 1 box of egg martabak

@@AA-ne5re that's why i said the range is around 30-50k (because if it is special, maybe usual 35k become 40-45k if special, depend on the kind of sweet martabak too, but this martabak just standart sweet martabak), so the price can not until 110k

3:10 I think there's huge misconception in Western Word between Spicy and Heat. Food being Spicy doesn't necessarily means that they're Hot, if you notice what Western people often thin of "Spicy", it's usually the heat from the Chili. I think Spicy in true essence is something like Pepper which give you a tinge of taste in your tongue but not necessarily hot.

Apart from the splendor of the city, Bandung has very good natural destinations. You can come to Mount Tangkuban Parahu in the north and Kawah Putih in the south of Bandung.

Best topping for sweet martabak are combo choclate chesee and peanut bro..or on that stall you chose best toping are corn chese and pandan..plese also try savory martabak and batagor while you guys in bandung ..you wont regret it..

Pork food in Indonesia is expensive because the majority of Muslims don't eat pork, so demand is rare and make prices become expensive, the cheap ones are chicken and beef food

Cheese and chocolate combination looks weird for foreigner, but that is the best combo. We usually use cheddar cheese. Please, try this taste combination and your world will change. 😅

I know it's kinda weird for westerner to combine cheese with chocolate, but believe me for martabak ,cheese and chocolate combo is a tasty combination 🤌 ( they're not made by cheese like in the Europe it's a process cheese ,so it would taste like cheddar )

Originaly it is call terang bulan or modified dutch pancake from east Java or surabaya. Martabak is the pastry savory one made from pastry dough and egg originaly from east or middle east Asia.

50k for a pork dish is cheap at least compared to jakarta where you'll find it extremely hard to find a pork dish of any kind of less than 60k. Because pork is absolutely expensive here.

For the next, just try sweet martabak with chocolate and cheese on it, it taste different level.. and one thing in Indonesia, try avocado juice.. don't try to imagine it, just taste it.. it's beyond good!

Kayaknya sih ada price list di kertas menu yang disodorin, kalau ada semoga aja ngeh dan emang sesuai, jadi mahal pun masih fair bukan mainin harga.. tapi butter emang mahal dibanding margarin atau "mentega" biasa, bisa 8-10 kali lipat harganya, walaupun mungkin gak lebih dari se-ons jg yang dipakai

So, when thinking of cheese, what comes to mind is sweet foods (a blend of sweet and savory flavors, as it has a bit of saltiness, with sweetness being the predominant taste), except perhaps for burgers, sandwiches, pasta variations, and other complete dishes from Western countries. But overall, in my opinion, cheese is a versatile ingredient that can be used in both sweet and savory dishes.

110k rupiah for a thin Martabak?😮 What on Earth kind of stall you went into mate? Normally Martabak costs around 50-80k ngl but 110k... It has to be some sort of special butter or something. I know butter is kinda expensive in Indonesia but Good Lord it's not that much of a gap to pump that price until nearly 2x margarine one. Maybe they charged you special one with lots of topping variations price for a single topping.😅
