That was a brilliant reaction. I like that you were taking it seriously within like a single bar - a lot of reactors take a long while stop seeing them as a novelty act and actually listen. I think your familiarity with British culture probably helps - many US reactors have a very skewed vision of Britishness that automatically encodes it as wealthy and cultured, so they hear the accent and it sounds posh to them (utterly baffling to anyone from the UK that anybody could hear Pete and Bas and think 'Harry Potter / Downton Abbey' :P)

I just simply look at it as if you quit anything then technically realistically n truthfully you can't win because you quit ....once you don't quit even if technically realistically n truthfully you don't win , come first or accomplish the goal your still considered a WINNER because you didn't give up ....example your saying if ,you had a kid and there running a race and they complete the race but place maybe 3rd or 4th there not a winner overall versus the kid who half way around the track decide to just stop running and walk off the track because they don't want to even finish the race ....🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️I mean I'm just SAYING bro
