Brings back alot of memories seeing the crew working on the car, I worked on a late model in Massachusetts for about 3 years back in the late 70s

Yes, of course we missed you guys. Great video Mandee. Love the camera on Mike facing him, the other angles look like they're hanging off a support bar on the outside of the car not that it's bad. Glad to see Ally again. Too bad you can't put a camera facing his feet, watch the gas/braking action. Good finish..... good luck at the next track. Happy 4th of July to you and Mike and all the Pauch family.

Can't believe you go all the way to Albany to pick up Thruway to go to Fonda. Most all the trucks cut across Rte 29 to avoid added tolls (no tolls) and much shorter. Lots more help along the way if you have a problem. Lots of race fans go that way and racers.

Just take care of the right rear. Will be cautions and you will be fine. Nobody remembers who started 3rd or 16th so take your time and you will be fine. Can't wait.

Ya need HP Mike!!! they are leaving you in the dust at the giro. Keepi driving hard but get that motor looked at.

Yeah I was going to say the same thing. The front three just drove away. Either it's the motor or gearing in the rear.

​@ronframe387 they may of changed gears after the time trails, or heats. I help worked on a super late.model, we used to change gears depending if track was getting slick or was staying heavy.

good try Mike good job as always Mandee

You should have made the car free with all those adjustments. I wonder if lowering some ballast in the rear might have helped. There's that fine line where you free it up, but are slower. The only other thought would be a little more right rear spring. It may have freed it up on the throttle. Good bringing it home in one piece.

What Gopro would recommend for in-car videos ?

What about brake bias to get it to turn? You know, a lot of left front brake and none on right.

I see Stewart won at Utica Rome last night with ESS and some one you might know Doug Emery was turning the Wrenches, my question Mike did pretty good driving for Doug does Mike have any interest of ever getting back in a sprint car , raced against Doug back in the 80s great guy
