It's a chance% of a mist being uncomon or above bro higher bz wont give u higher mists

i use it too it’s good damage, interrupt, knockback, very useful. and you can see how reliable Q’s are to land 😂

More Damage + bit Heal offcooldown of E. I love to use that against meeles. If its a fire or cursed, I might switch to Holy Blessing.
